Great location, good value, wonderful experience.
Pros:

I loved that the hotel is conveniently located right outside the train station exit for Ueno station, and just a street away from Ameyoko market.

There are 2 combinis (7-11 at the next building) and Family Mart across the street for you to grab snacks, drinks, and even those amazing japanese supplements.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They accomodated luggage storage before check in and after check out.

Housekeeping happens every 3rd night which wasnt a big issue for us. The cleaning crew is happy to empty our bins as long as we leave them by our door every morning.

They also refresh towels and robes daily by hanging clean linen in bags on our doors. Very thoughtful.

Cons:

The room was pretty small but the space was efficiently optimised with under bed luggage storage available. We could fit 2 large suitcases.

Would work good for solo travelers and couples.

Will be back to try their larger rooms (if avail) the next time we visit Japan with the kids.

Overall a decent hotel to stay
Pros:

Hotel is walking distance to Ueno station, clean and staff very friendly.

Cons:

Room as usual very small. No drawers or area for clothes, might be good enough for one or two nights stay. Can’t get breakfast at site need to reserve ahead of time.

Ubicación perfecta y todo muy cómodo.
Pros:

Bueno el desayuno. Mezcla de comida asiática con continental. Una gran variedad de suministros de elementos diarios, tales como elementos de higiene diaria, café, azúcar, etc. Disponibilidad de onsen. Atención de personal muy amigable. Una ubicación privilegiada, muy cercana a la estación Ueno.

Cons:

No encontré elementos negativos destacables. En general, todo estuvo muy bien. La habitación tenía un tamaño adecuado para el país. No era tan chica como en otros hoteles

我7月曾在大阪住過同樣APA的飯店，但這次在上野的房務服務跟在大阪的落差非常大，沒有經過我們同意也沒有通知我們就進房間，真的讓人覺得很蝦又荒唐...
