The location is excellent. The hotel is clean and offers a decent breakfast which is included in your stay.
I am writing regarding my recent one-night stay, for which I paid just over $230.
Our trip coincided with a concert that was ultimately canceled, which I understand was entirely outside the hotel’s control. Because the concert was the reason for our visit—and the trip was for my son’s birthday—I let him know that we could at least spend a relaxed evening in the room watching a movie.
Unfortunately, the television in our room was not working. I contacted the front desk to report the issue, but more than an hour passed without assistance. When the TV still had not been addressed, I attempted to use my laptop instead, but my room number and name would not allow me to connect to the hotel Wi-Fi. I requested help with this as well.
After another hour without resolution, I went downstairs to pick up a DoorDash order and again asked the front desk about both the television and the internet access. The receptionist told me curtly "I did my part." I was told that a request had been sent, but no assistance was provided, and no one ever came to the room to help us with either issue. I believe that the front desk should at the very least be able to help connect guests to the wi-fi. The lack of internet caused my son to miss a very important therapy session for which we were charged a $100 no-show fee.
I am generally very patient and understand that technical problems can arise. However, at this price point, I would have expected a higher level of responsiveness—particularly when the basic in-room amenities were not functioning.
I shared this feedback with the hotel management so it could be addressed and considered, no attempt was made to make this right with me.

Parking was expensive considering the price of the room. We didn't check in until around 9:00 pm or after and we checked out and left by 7:30 so we didn't need 24 hr parking.
Clean rooms and friendly breakfast staff.
The bf and location was grand, my issue is with the room I requested a king and received a queen our refrigerator smelled horrible and did not work

The Staff were all wonderful especially Kyle, Cecelia, Ashley and Alicia.
The size of the room was also good for us, and the location was great!
We arrived 21/12/25 and had no cleaning service until I begged Front Desk, then emailed customer service finally got service on 26/12/25.
This was really unacceptable to me.
