Nice hotel in good location near subway and local bars and restaurants. Very nice hotel for pricepoint.
Arrived late and nightshift staff member was quite abrupt as if we were somewhat of an inconvenience to her night. When we asked if there was anywhere local showing the World Cup and serving food she said she didnt think so. Turned out there was a bar across the road doing both! On checkout next day staff member charged us again for our room despite having already paid thru Booking.com in advance. Have had to claim this back.

My son and I desperately needed a hotel last Sunday night after our flight was one of dozens of cancelled flights and Charles was wonderful to help us secure a room for the night. After a 12+ hour travel day, we checked in at about 2am. To say we were exhausted would be a huge understatement after the chaos we went through. When we got to our room, the beds were stripped, comforters strewn on the couch, pillows piled on one bed and no linens in the bathroom. Furthermore, the surfaces needed to be dusted, the bathroom needed to be disinfected, the floors needed to be vaccumed and mopped and obvioulsy the bed needed to be made and linens stocked in the bathroom. Given our exhaustion level, we laid the comforters down with pillows underneath the comforter at our heads and wrapped ourselves as if we were in a sleeping bag. We had an early flight so at 615am I went downstairs for towels and explained what we experienced to Charles. Obviously, he apologized and asked why we didn’t come back down. I told him that I tried calling but he didn't answer and we were too tired to bring our belongings down for a new room. He gave me towels and I went upstairs to get ready for our departure. While grateful for the room, I cannnot excuse the dirtiness or the room being put back into inventory.
Great location
It was confusing at first where to check in.
Breakfast was great, location was perfect, room size was huge
Price was a bit high
The rooms were amazing. We were here to see Beauty and The Beast at the Fox. It was very nice to just walk across the street to the entrance of the Fox. The breakfast was very good and the staff was amazing.
Breakfast was 2/10 , mediocre..Not a real variety of things to choose from
No pool …. No hot breakfast …
Clean and spacious room
The parking was scary and check in staff (and it was not busy at the time) talked so fast we couldn’t understand. We’ve never stayed there before so we were confused about which elevators to take for parking vs guest rooms. She was very rush rush.
The Element Midtown was excellent! Front desk was helpful and informative. The kitchen staff were amazing. My homie Kyle had excellent service and made sure all guests were taken care ok
Kyle is a welcoming, very friendly, great energy and smile kinda of guy! Made our morning happier :)
Super disappointed in my stay here.
From Day 1 my shower did not have Hot Water, and I have complained about it to the Front Desk no less than 5+ times in the past two days.
Still NO HOT WATER in my shower as I come home on the 3rd night.
Room 1221. Do NOT get this room.
Simply UNACCEPTABLE.
