Very happy with our stay. We love Asakusa and the hotel was the perfect hotel to rest and recharge.
Pros:

I loved the location. Close to the station and Senjo-ji temple. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was perfect. Yes it is small, but we were always out, so it did not matter. They provided us with clean towels, coffee and bathroom items everyday.

Posizione ottima, la stanza piccola.
Pros:

L'hotel si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Asakusa, una posizione molto comoda che permette di raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni di Tokyo.

È situato a breve distanza dal famoso Tempio Senso-ji e circondato da numerosi ristoranti, che rendono il quartiere ideale per trascorrere la serata. Passeggiare fino al tempio dopo il tramonto è un'esperienza davvero suggestiva.

Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e accogliente durante tutto il soggiorno.

Cons:

La camera era molto piccola e aprire le nostre due valigie da stiva è stato piuttosto complicato.

Appena entrati in stanza abbiamo avvertito un forte odore di fumo di sigaretta. Abbiamo deciso di non segnalarlo subito al personale, sperando che lasciando la finestra aperta l'odore si attenuasse, ma purtroppo non è successo. Da un hotel che promette un'esperienza ottima ci saremmo aspettati una maggiore attenzione a questo tipo di dettagli.

Anche il check-in è stato piuttosto lento, nonostante non ci fossero altri ospiti in attesa. Prima del nostro arrivo ci era stato chiesto di completare online la registrazione dei passaporti per velocizzare le procedure, ma una volta in hotel ci sono stati richiesti nuovamente gli stessi documenti. Di conseguenza, la procedura è risultata inutile e ha solo allungato i tempi.

新しいタオルが届けられておりとても助かりました
出掛ける前に部屋へ入れられて安心出来ました

部屋はきれいで、アメニティも充実、快適に過ごせた。

Cons:

お風呂小さい。部屋狭い。窮屈感がたまらない。チェクインすることがわかっているので、冷蔵庫は電源を入れておいてほしい。泊まれればいいという感じ。小型の日本人向けの部屋。１８０センチある私には限界の部屋でした。
多分シングルは利用しません。北海道の別のアパはツインを利用しましたが快適でした。この部屋の狭さびっくりでした。辛口評価ですみません。

Cons:

Camere piccole. La “accogliente/cozy” é simile alla standard, stessa metratura, ma ha un divanetto minuscolo che porta via spazio senza utilità per chi ha le valigie ed ha scrivania meo profonda. Comprate la standard e non la accogliente, conviene. Tanta polvere dove si vede meno (cavi tv o griglia aerazione). Permettono check-in anticipato, ma a pagamento, anche se solo di un paio d’ore (rigidità a cui non siamo abituati in Europa).

Posizione top a 3’ da meteo Asakusa, collegata direttamente ad aeroporto. Pulizia accettabile. Staff professionale ma rigido. Ero già stato qui 10 giorni prima e vi consiglio di prenotare la economy standard e non la economy accogliente che è di fatto più piccola e costa di più :)
