A good property for the price and location.
Pros:

It is a short walking distance from Hakata Station.

Cons:

There is a single elevator for the entire building. Means sometimes you will be waiting awhile for the elevator.

Cons:

The breakfast was somewhat barebones as the attached restaurant is much smaller than at other APA hotels. I would probably recommend not including it and finding your first meal of the day elsewhere.

何度かアパホテルさんは使ったことありますが、清潔で気持ちよく休めます。

Cons:

空調が一括で部屋ごとにできない。暑かったのに送風しか出なかったこと。シャワーカーテンが異臭があった。

Pros:

とにかくコスパが良かったです。1泊1人7000円台にも関わらずサービスも充実していた印象でした。バレンタインに宿泊したのですがフロントでチェックイン時にチョコレートを貰えました。

Cons:

やはり壁は薄いかなと感じました。静かにしていると隣の部屋の音がうっすら聞こえます。プライベートな時間を充実させるというよりはとにかく宿代はかけたくない！ある程度綺麗な部屋で寝れればいい！という人でしたら満足できるかと思います。

地點絕佳！位於博多站與祇園站之間，步行皆在 10 分鐘內。周邊餐飲與購物機能豐富，房間設施齊備且維護良好。入住體驗十分舒適，值得推薦。

出入只有一部電梯，人多時需要等電梯。
