Pros:

The front desk staff greeted by name on the second day which you never see any more. Room was fantastic and bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen

Will stay again and again when in Knoxville!!
Pros:

Everything was exceptional!! The staff was absolutely amazing as well!!

Cons:

The light switch by the door shuts off the bathroom lights and they won’t work until you turn it back on. Other than that it was wonderful!!

Overall a great stay..will stay again when in the area!
Pros:

I loved the modern look, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. The value and price matched. Very convenient to food, gas and restaurants. New showers was a great look and bed super comfy

Cons:

The breakfast could use a lil more to offer.

Pool did not open even after the rain had passed.

Stay only if you have to.
Pros:

Location. Easy accessible from interstate.

Cons:

Many homeless people in the vicinity. Rooms facing the highway were very noisy. It was better the 2nd time because we asked for a back facing room. Only 1 waste basket, tissue box empty, clump of hair found in the corner of the room.
