Cons:

При заезде с нас сняли на 1 один день (100$)больше . Мы сняли номер на три ночи, ресепшен снял с нас за 4 ночи(400$).Попросили чтобы вернули 100$, они наглым образом не вернули, типа это не возможно уже. Мне очень обидно что за деньги они так поступают .

завтрак очень мало выбора.

в комнате не работал кондиционер я сказала персоналу но никто не обратил на это внимания и 2 ночи я с супругом в комнате как-будто на улице спали было так холодно что мы включили толовую плиту чтобы согреться.В отеле были пустые номера но никому не было выгодно нам на ночь поменять номер.Я забронировала сначала 2 ночи но я не успела за 2 дня и пришлось ещё остаться в Аташежире .Но в вашем отеле не смогла пришлось перейти в другой отель.Если кто-то следит за этим отелем пожалуйста примите меры.Спасибо за внимание
