Great hotel for the area
Pros:

The hotel is really nice, albeit a little dark and dated. It's a great spot for Abbottabad within walking distance from markets and food stalls.

Cons:

Theres no hot water or extraction fan in the bathroom.

It's a good stay, there's a salon and icecream parlor as well.
Pros:

It's right in front of the COMSATs Abbottabad Campus and was very easy to find. The staff is very nice and welcoming. I booked a Junior suite for a night. My room was clean, smelled good, the lights are warm, the ambient temperature was cool and comfortable. I slept very well. Good rates too.

Cons:

The TV didn't have good cable. Bed sheets were not newly changed.
