Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in Ring Downtown Hotel. Vanaf de eerste dag werden we hartelijk ontvangen door het vriendelijke en gastvrije personeel, waardoor we ons direct welkom voelden.

Een speciale dank aan Hafiza. Ze staat altijd klaar met een glimlach en heeft ons uitstekend geholpen met het plannen van leuke activiteiten. Haar vriendelijkheid, enthousiasme en waardevolle tips hebben ervoor gezorgd dat wij optimaal van onze vakantie konden genieten.

Excellent hôtel

We had a wonderful stay at Ring Downtown Hotel. The hotel is very clean, the location is excellent, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

A special thank you to Ali at the reception. He was very kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.

Ikke et 4-stjernet hotel

Størrelsen på vores 3-personersværelse var fin.

Cons:

Hotellet er klassificeret som et 4-stjernet hotel, men det levede desværre ikke op til forventningerne. Alt fremstod slidt og mangelfuldt vedligeholdt.

Parkeringsforholdene var dårlige. Man skulle gå gennem personalets område og køkkenet for at komme til elevatoren, og der stod forskellige ting og udstyr på gulvet, hvilket gav et rodet og uprofessionelt indtryk.

Morgenmaden levede heller ikke op til standarden for et 4-stjernet hotel. Udvalget var meget begrænset, med brød pakket i poser, og maden virkede generelt ikke frisk eller indbydende.

Bon séjour, gâché par le comportement de la femme au restaurant
Pros:

* Le personnel de la réception : Je remercie infiniment MM.Mohamed et Ali.
Ces deux personnes étaient souriants ,à l'écoute et faisaient de leur mieux pour répondre et satisfaire le client.

Cons:

* La femme au restaurant a arrêté la machine à café à 09 h 57 mn (Avant l'heure) alors que le petit déjeuner se termine à 10 heures.
Quand je lui ai dit que je veux un café, elle m'a répondu '' Finish '' puis elle a continué à parler en turc que je ne comprends pas (Dieu merci), et je suppose qu'elle n'a pas dit de bonnes choses.
Ce mauvais comportement nuit à l'image de l'établissement et restera gravé dans ma mémoire.
C'est complétement le contraire en Espagne, comme mon vol était tôt le matin, la femme au restaurant a préparé pour toute ma famille le petit déjeuner ( Emporté ) à 6H30 à cause du vol alors que le restaurant commence à 7 heures.
Pour cette femme à l'établissement Ring downtown hôtel , une formation est nécessaire, et quelques minutes après 10 heures ne porteront aucun préjudice (On n'est pas dans une caserne militaire)

Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse. Le personnel a rapidement appelé un taxi pour me permettre de rejoindre mon nouvel hôtel.

Cons:

L'absence de climatisation dans les parties communes est un vrai point faible. Dès que l'on sort de la chambre, la chaleur devient rapidement difficile à supporter. Quant au petit-déjeuner, il est entièrement à revoir. Il était si décevant que je n'ai même plus pris la peine d'y aller le lendemain.
