My stay was delightful.
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful ,there were different variety of foods to pick from. Ms. Tabitha was very pleasant, polite and attentive. She was the only person we saw from the kitchen and she made sure the food was available in a timely manner. The was a situation with the cost of the rooms I booked through Booking.com but Tanisha the manager and David were patience with me and everything with the rooms got taken care of. I thank you'all for all of your help !

Someone was to get me a refund and they have not.
Pros:

A place to stay when our grand daughter got married.

We had to get sheets and make our beds at 11 pm. Had to get towels.

Pay 2 night, get one.. That you have to pay for again.

I can't say I liked it because staff doesn't honor Hilton guaranteed satisfaction rules.

Geting robbed and then being charged for a night i already paid for is i dirty game. General manager(black firl) did talk over us and argue about some bullshit 3rd party reservations rules if i don't check in the first night i forfeit my booking. They can't edit or manage the bookings that go through booking.com was one of the lies as well.

I hope this girl get demoted or fired for this bullshit.
