Cons:

Sofas and chairs were terrible, they don't suit someone who has knee issues, herniated discs or over weight, specially if you booked a large room to enjoy the view and use the in room facilities you will not enjoy

Pros:

Unbelievable experience. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Amazing location, friendly and helpful staff, great selection of restaurants and activities. Made a special effort on my partner's birthday with some cake and flowers. Would love to stay again.

Friendly staff, perfect location, and an amazing beach made for a memorable stay.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. The location was absolutely perfect—conveniently situated with easy access to everything you might need. And the beach was truly amazing, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere that made the stay even more memorable.

A bit boring in the evening after 7-8 pm. Pools are closed, kids club is closed, spa is closed

Thank you for a truly relaxing and enjoyable holiday. A special thank you goes to the outstanding hotel staff – an exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional team.

The food was excellent throughout our stay, and both the sports and kids’ facilities exceeded expectations, leaving nothing to be desired. We were also very grateful for the immediate help and support we received when our daughter became unwell, which made us feel very safe and well cared for. We will definitely come again!

Would no come back again , waste of time and money

The property is nice , however old carpets in the reception , unorganised and didn't feel welcoming when checking in

Cons:

We were told we ca check in from 12pm , we arrived just before 3 pm , we had to wait an hour , in reception !! Then they forgot about the cake which I messaged property before for my husbands bday , and cake came later after I informed them by message , cake was very small and had nothing on. By the time we got to the pool , the pool bar was closed and no drinks were served nor food snacks ,
