Eu adorei a minha estadia no Laghetto, quarto super confortável limpo e tudo novinho!! As instalações super completas, espaço kids e recreação maravilhosos !! Meu filho não queria sair de lá! Café da manhã e comida divinos ! Super recomendo!!

Local espetacular para família!!!
Pros:

Nós amamos o local, mas precisam melhorar em alguns pontos. o secador de cabelo no quarto funciona 3min e desliga! O serviço de toalhas para banho de piscina não existe(tivemos que ficar carregando toalhas molhadas até a recepção) e sempre que realizamos o check out ninguém ajuda a carregar as malas.
O bar próximo a piscina externa abre somente as 10hs (favor repassar se existe a possibilidade de abertura mais cedo).

Acomodação e hotel sem internet. Volume excessivo de pessoas no café da manhã, lotado e com qualidade de alimentos questionam. Quadra e piscina em péssimas condições físicas. Hotel com fios de energia a mostra nas áreas comuns em risco de choque elétrico a crianças. Não vale o que cobram.

Gostei muito do hotel, bom custo benefício porém a internet não funciona. Caía a rede toda hora e como o resort é afastado, a internet móvel não funcionava. Esse foi meu único ponto megativo

excelente opção com Familia e crianças. Otima estrutura, excelente café. Vale e recomendo. Ponto negativo, distante do centro, e no centro o estacionamento é complicado, então isso é ruim, mas pela estrutura do hotel vale muito em especial para crianças que terão muitas atividades.

Ótimo hotel, todos muito atenciosos, boa comida, area de crincas e piscina fantásticos, boa linpeza, bom quarto.
A unica coisa insuportavel é o pessoal te cercando na entrada do hotel, na recepção querendo vender multipropriedades da rede, eles são muito chatos, insistentes, tenho amigos que nao vão mais para hoteis da rede por causa disso.
