El personal sin duda, muy atentos y serviciales y la ubicación.

Cons:

Concatenación de diversos problemas con la logística. Problemas con la calefacción, bomba de presión de agua, insuficiente personal en comedor para atender la demanda. Por el precio se debe de exigir más.

Viaje en pareja de 3 noches en Lugo.
Pros:

Habitación cómoda, limpia. Destaco el personal de limpieza que al pasar la habitación tuvo algún detalle como ordenar las cosas que mi pareja había dejado en la encimera del lavabo, lo cual me parece que merece mención ya que no forma parte de sus funciones y aún así se tomó la molestia. La ubicación es muy buena, en los alrededores pudimos aparcar sin problemas de forma gratuita y visitar la ciudad a pie.

Cons:

Desayuno un poco flojo en comparación a otros hoteles que he visitado.
