Staff was amazing and attentive. My girls and I enjoyed our stay

Hector, the guy at the front desk was so awesome and welcoming. We were able to check in early and even got an upgrade to am apartment. It had one room and living room. The room was nice and spacious. In the living room there was a TV with Netflix! There was also a kitchenette and dining table.

The shower is very unsafe you need a grab bar because the floor is very slippery and there's no plastic or rubber mat for your feet. Also would help if you had a holder for your soap and shampoo in the shower.

Beautiful intimate hotel in a great location. Staff was great and super helpful at all times. Definitely would stay here again.

When you first get to the hotel, you think to yourself omg I’m in a scary neighborhood but it’s not that bad. The buildings across are neglected. But I’m promise it’s not that bad. I would stay there again.

No coffee at hotel common area or in room. No shuttle service. If you count on both then you are wasting your money. The hotel is close to cruise port and when I booked they sold the fact that they will provide “free” shuttle and have “free” coffee. None of these was available.

We loved our stay!! They upgraded our stay to the penthouse room which was very helpful for our baby and parents that travelled with us

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Parking on the street felt risky but staff said it was fine.

I stayed at this hotel as a VIP guest and appreciated being upgraded to a better room. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, which I enjoyed. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the jacuzzi it did not appear to be properly cleaned and had noticeable rust or adhesive around the edges, which made it unusable.

The on-site restaurant did not look inviting for the price point. While I did not dine there and cannot comment on the food quality, the atmosphere and presentation were underwhelming compared to expectations.

The surrounding area is fairly quiet and doesn’t offer much activity, but the location is convenient for taking a quick Uber to more lively parts of the city.

Overall, I appreciated the room upgrade and the location, but I feel that cleanliness and the dining experience could be improved to match the level of service expected for VIP guests.

The lady at the front desk during check in was exceptional. Limited housekeeping services and not having a working shuttle to take us to the port.
