Sehr kinderfreundlich! Würden immer wieder gerne kommen.
Pros:

Sehr kinderfreundlich. Rezeption immer erreichbar gewesen. Tolle Zimmer mit Terrasse. Die Lage von dem Hotel ist sehr schön mit dem Ausblick zum Meer.

La piscina con la puesta de sol esta fenomenal. Tomamos una hamburguesa en el restaurante el dia que llegamos y estaba muy buena.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy normalito. Les dijimos que estaba rota la taza del vater y nos dijeron q ya lo sabian. En 4 noches no vinieron a arreglarla

Öncelikle otel yönetimi ve kafeterya işletmesi farklı kişilere ait. Otel müşterisiyseniz ve genelde otel içerisindeki kafeterya’dan minimum düzeyde yararlanıyorsanız size yapılan muamele tamamen farklı. Çünkü kafeterya işletmesi tamamen ticari kar amaçlı. Otel dışarısından gelen müşterilere çok daha nazik ve çok daha samimi içten bi tavırları var. En küçük isteklerinize olumsuz cevap verip çözüm üretmiyorlar (misalen karton bardak, sallama siyah çay). Otel hijyen konusunda kesinlikle iyi değildi (delik yıpranmış havlu, şampuan duş jelinin yenilenmemesi). Odadaki buzdolabı oda sıcaklığıyla aynı derece de. Kasten bu şekilde tutulduğunu düşünüyorum çünkü çoğu odada bu şekilde. Kafeterya işletmesindeki odalarda kalıyorsanız akşam 11’e kadar müzik sesinden rahatsız oluyorsunuz. Very bad - not recommended at all!

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. From the moment we arrived it felt neglected and poorly run.
The rooms were dirty. Surfaces looked unclean, and the overall state of the place gave the impression it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The towels had clear yellow spotting on them, which was disgusting. The bathrooms smelled bad – a strong, unpleasant odor that made using them unpleasant. No one wants to deal with that after a day out.
The pool was also dirty. It did not look maintained or inviting at all.
Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Interactions felt cold and dismissive rather than professional or welcoming.
Food was a major disappointment, especially breakfast. It was very bad – limited, unappetizing, and not up to even basic hotel standards.
Overall this hotel fails on cleanliness, service, and food. I would not recommend it to anyone. Look elsewhere.

Эстетичное место с шикарными видами

Шикарные виды по всему отелю, два бассейна , номер эстетичный , вид с балкона номера завораживал - только за него готова была заплатить 😊 неплохой завтрак, выбор скудный, но все необходимое есть

В номере не было холодильника (хотя у сына в номере холодильник был), а мне хотелось пить холодное вино вечером на балкончике 🥂 после моего замечания его принесли. не было пульта от тв , тоже пришлось просить. был сломан прикроватный светильник (ну неужели никто это не видел перед тем, как сдать нам номер). Вечером на ужине нам пришлось ждать дольше часа наш заказ , даже салат не принесли ! только после того как я голодная начала шуметь , выяснилось что наш заказ просто забыли !!! Я была в ярости, такое отношение я не ожидала ! В итоге вместо романтичного ужина на закате я сидела расстроенная и голодная ! Я считаю, что администрации стоит больше уделять внимание внимательному отношению персонала к гостям.
Хотя парень на ресепшн и женщина в ресторане были очень приветливы и старались все сделать для отличного настроения!
В любом случае это тоже не испортило мой отдых!
Шикарные закаты, эстетичные фотографии с отеля, тихое спокойное место сделали свое дело !
Возможно, даже приеду в отель еще раз 🥰

Я осталась довольна проживанием в отеле. Руководство отеля прошу обратить внтмание на стык стекла душевой. Надо хорошень

Очень понравился вид, ради него я и выбрала этот отель. Большим плюсом стали вкусные и разнообразные завтраки на террасе. Шикарные бургеры заказывали на ужин.
Персонал старался помочь с возникшими ситуациями и все наши просьбы выполнил. Спасибо!

Cons:

изначально выбрала номер с джакузи и он оказался на первом этаже, - его брать не советую. Вид на море боковой, в воздухе чувствовался запах сырости из-за того, что помещение всегда в тени.

Хороший отель. Вежливый персонал. На територии отеля готовят очень достойные бургеры.
Администратор отеля очень чуткий и отзывчивый, хорошо говорил по русски, очень помог в организации гендер пати.

Cons:

Отель крохотный, у дороги, бассейн маленький 3 на 5, совсем не такой как на фото, детей 11 и 12 лет не пустили в него))) он только для взрослых!!! Хотя там взрослых 2.5 человека поместятся. Не тратьте время. В Каше есть хорошие отели за эти деньги!
