Sierra Blue Hotel & Swim Club

No pool towels to get out and dry off, this happened twice. Shower water in room would not get warm, babies were crying but we needed to shower after the pool. After calling staff we were told it’s just an old hotel and cold water is expected. Hot tub was out of service and we were not offered any kind of accommodation, we still had to pay 15 dollars for parking on top of the stay price which was high for this grade of hotel. The shower in the room 309 has black mold old the window sill. The throw blanket let of top of the bed seemed to have some kind of bodily fluid on it, which made us wonder if the bed sheets we even cleaned, we noticed this right away when we got into the hotel see attached pictures.

The hot tub is cold and the front desk just asked me to wait when I asked why it’s not heated. Had to ask three times by two different people tonfind out it takes two hours to heat.
They charge $15/ night for parking that’s not disclosed
The coffee machine is dirty
There is mold on bathroom wall
The shower water also doesn’t heat up. This is in the warmer weather - which makes me concerned abt how it performs when it’s actually cold

I stayed at this hotel on February 22nd. I arrived at 5 PM with my wife and 7-month-old daughter after an exhausting trip. When I arrived at the hotel, I was directed to room 314. The hotel has a long corridor full of stairs. I walked with my suitcases, my wife, and my daughter, and upon reaching the room, I found a guest already installed in the room I had been directed to. It was an extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant situation. I filmed it in case you need it. I had to return to reception with my suitcases, my wife, and my baby daughter and face the stairs again. When I arrived at reception, the situation was treated as normal, without any apology. I was directed to a new room, number 215. When I arrived at the room, it smelled of mold. I was with my family, and this is communicated in the reservation. When I arrived at the room, there was only one bath towel, only one chair, and the room was extremely smaller than the one I had reserved. The heater makes a horrible noise, the room was all old and didn't work. When I requested an extra towel, I was informed that there would be a $15 fee per towel. It's absurd that I booked a room for my family and received only one towel for showering, a chair at the dining table, and there was no soap in the dispenser. There were so many bad and unpleasant experiences, countless, but I filmed every part of it if you want to see it. And today I received a parking charge of $16, stating that I was in room 310, when my room was 215 and when I arrived I was directed to 314. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my stay at your hotel.

There were numerous reasons why I had such a terrible experience at the Hotel Sierra.

The Jacuzzi was not initially working and then when it starts working, we could hear a bad smell and next morning I’ve notice red rashes all over my body. Water was not clean

They should add a chairs to the table inside the room.

Arcade in the room didn't work, charge of parking without advanced notice and NOW additional charges 2 days after I had left and didn't even spend a single night...

No tienen desayuno ( si tienen estacion de cafe todo el tiempo) cobran el parqueadero (US 10 la noche)

I’ve cold jacuzzi

I selected the heart rose add on but when arriving it was not there asked front desk they apologize and said that feature is not available anymore.

Rooms need better soundproofing. Jacuzzi was sadly out of order, but overall it’s a comfortable property.
