Staff was friendly and check in was easy. We had the option of an online check-in but just checked in at the desk. The room was nice although improvements can still be made. They went through a recent remodel and I am sure they are still working out the kinks. The bed/mattress was comfortable. They allow pets and I noticed the door was scrapped up. The drapes could block out the early morning sun better. Also could have used some more storage. Got charged for parking ($16) which surprised me. Also was charged for some candy we did not eat (they have some drinks and snacks you can buy). Great location walking distance to the village. They also have a little coffee/snack area we did not partake in. Two house cats which were nice!
Our stay here was excellent! Great staff service, very quiet, clean, and close to a lot of yummy food places. 10/10 would book a stay here again!

I stay here almost every time I visit my kids. I love the comfortability, size and space of rooms, the cleanliness of the hotel as well.

Hot water issues. Hot tub not working , and walls are thin so you can hear almost everything from adjoining rooms

The indoor heated pool was our favorite part of our stay
Me encantó lo accesible a todos los lugares de turismo. Está frente al lago, restaurantes, la Villa a dos bloques, nos fuimos caminando. Está a pocos minutos del zoológico. La Ubicación excelente. Me tocó en tercer piso hasta último, fue perfecto. Nada de ruido. Acceso fácil al parqueo. La piscina bajo techo está climatizada, perfecta para invierno y verano 🤗🤗

Great property with two lovely cats living on premises. Staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious with good equipment. Hot spring pool alone worth the price- it's just amazing after hike or a day out. Super convenient location.
