The room and location
The staff was very condescending and rude when I was asking questions. We paid for the pool but it wasn’t working.
Had a great time at the hotel wonderful experience, especially if you love cats. There is Sierra the female and BLUE the male kitty. Definitely as a specific touch and color to your trip nestled in the heart of downtown in the village right there did their lake so close everything is walking distance even the marina how they recommend it. I give it 15 out of 10.
Staff was excellent and friendly
Need a larger sink
Great location with a short walk to shops and restaurants. The staff are kind, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Excellent value for money. I would happily stay here again.
We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us good recommendations. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated how pet-friendly they were—they even offered our dog a dog bed for the room, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The location was perfect for exploring Big Bear. We could easily get to everything we needed without any hassle. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again.
I love the quaint small place. The rooms are clean and place has a warm atmosphere. The staff is very accommodating.
We had a great stay at Sierra Blue. The newly remodeled property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully updated. The location was convenient for exploring Big Bear Lake, and we loved the peaceful mountain atmosphere. Everything was well maintained, and we would happily stay here again!

Great place! Cozy, clean, and the staff was friendly!
Upon check in & throughout our 3 day holiday stay, James @ the front desk assisted us in every way! From directions to suggestions, James knew the answer. The staff is patient, courteous, & defines what hospitality should be. THANK YOU!!!
We came for the 4th of July and had a wonderful time. Location of the property is amazing, along with the room and service provided by the staff. The pool and lounge are both fantastic and our family had the best time! 10/10, will book again.
The hotel and pool was dirty
Good location, nice comfortable room , quiet, friendly staff.
Super cute and clean! Staff very helpful and friendly!
Staff was friendly and check in was easy. We had the option of an online check-in but just checked in at the desk. The room was nice although improvements can still be made. They went through a recent remodel and I am sure they are still working out the kinks. The bed/mattress was comfortable. They allow pets and I noticed the door was scrapped up. The drapes could block out the early morning sun better. Also could have used some more storage. Got charged for parking ($16) which surprised me. Also was charged for some candy we did not eat (they have some drinks and snacks you can buy). Great location walking distance to the village. They also have a little coffee/snack area we did not partake in. Two house cats which were nice!
