Great property with two lovely cats living on premises. Staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious with good equipment. Hot spring pool alone worth the price- it's just amazing after hike or a day out. Super convenient location.
Amenities were great for family, indoor swimming pool good size, and was nice and warm. Free games in community area. Was nice, plus right across the street from the Barn Bowling center that was awesome.
Need staff presence by pool, couple was getting way to free in the pool. Not ideal for kids to walk in on.
Great location, comfy rooms.
Showers could be hotter, but was fine.
La ubicación todo estaba cerca
The room smelled a little bit too much like dog, and the heater was turned off in the morning or out of power.
Close to downtown and dining facilities. Kids enjoyed being close to bowling alley and games.
Nothing to report.
I was there trying to check in and the person that I was trying to get in touch. He came by one hour later. He was on the phone and he admit that I never call him. I show him that I call him three times email text him and he never responded me back. That was a bad experience and when I was staying in the room that is all this family in the apartment 211 and 210 making noise up to 1 am up to. We knock the doors to tell them please keep it down. That was my experience not so great
Our room was clean. The decor was cute
The first room we were assigned did not have hot water even after we attempted to take the second shower. Cold showers are not fun. Then the staff moved us and the can lighting would not turn off so the room was lit all night.
Clean and bed was comfortable
Very conveniently located to downtown and restaurants
It w a wonderful place and I would definitely recommend this place to others
Very poor shower water pressure and temperature control
I didn’t stay here
Cats in the hallways.
Confort and decoration was great!
Beds were awesome and the view was great as well.
Very nice lobby
Proximity to village.
No pool towels to get out and dry off, this happened twice. Shower water in room would not get warm, babies were crying but we needed to shower after the pool. After calling staff we were told it’s just an old hotel and cold water is expected. Hot tub was out of service and we were not offered any kind of accommodation, we still had to pay 15 dollars for parking on top of the stay price which was high for this grade of hotel. The shower in the room 309 has black mold old the window sill. The throw blanket let of top of the bed seemed to have some kind of bodily fluid on it, which made us wonder if the bed sheets we even cleaned, we noticed this right away when we got into the hotel see attached pictures.
They have a heated pool and hot tub
The hot tub is cold and the front desk just asked me to wait when I asked why it’s not heated. Had to ask three times by two different people tonfind out it takes two hours to heat.
They charge $15/ night for parking that’s not disclosed
The coffee machine is dirty
There is mold on bathroom wall
The shower water also doesn’t heat up. This is in the warmer weather - which makes me concerned abt how it performs when it’s actually cold
