Pros:

Super freundliches und hiflfsbereites Personal. In einem gut ausgestattetem Zimmer habe ich ich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und frisch. Der Blick in die Stadt noch ein Bonus.

Pros:

A modern and well equipped hotel

Cons:

It is a party location. Unless you want to party all night, this hotel is nothing to relax. Just getting up the elevator cost me 15 min on Saturday evening. So no hotel to relax. Even loud music from the bar on 15th floor was getting into the room on 23rd floor.

Overall positive experience! Recommended
Pros:

Overall experience was positive considering the restaurant and check in process negatives. Fitness studio, wellness area and property & room cleanness were a few positive highlights.

Cons:

Staff in the restaurant during dinner service should not have to to be told the dinner table is dirty and required cleaning after we are seated. Paying 65Euro for a bottle of my wine my expectations are the bottle should have a pour tip or towel rapped around the neck to minimise drips.. Certainly upskilling / training required. Check in process was absolute terrible and wasted over nine mins with the silly tablet that kept rebooting every few minutes on its own.

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there, wellness are is very nice.

Cons:

Changing room in wellness area is missing

we got a different room and it was not prepared for 3 people, we had to ask for it

when we once requested a change of towels they again only left towels for 2 people not 3

we were not informed that you can get slippers and bath robes at the reception
