Park Royal Homestay Los Cabos

Bed was not the most comfortable but fine for the three nights we were there. Limited kitchen supplies. Could be cleaner and our room was quite dated but it was what I expected. Some rooms are updated but ours was not.

No me gustó que la habitación asignada estába sucia, y baño con excremento,
No nos gustó el servicio de comida en el restaurante el patio, pescado sin sal, porciones irregulares, no se ve que estén Agusto los empleados trabajando ahí, además el mesero de pool son uniforme.
No tenían algunas cosas como mermelada y algunas opciones de menú.
Una lástima en este año fuimos 3 veces y está tercera ya no fue agradable. Cambiaremos de hotel en la próxima visita a San Jose del cabo

No es que no me haya gustado, pero la cocina del restaurante no están buena, el aire acondicionado de la habitación le quedaba muy chico para el tamaño del cuarto.

The kitchen in the suite is rather dated. The 2 burner stove did not quite boil water--had to use the microwave. The sink is vintage 1970's.
Upon check-in I didn't like the time-share representative making a pitch. After a long day of travel, that's the last think I want to hear before I check in to my room. Drinking water from a garrafon should be supplied by the hotel.

Walls of our room were paper-thin. We could hear everything that happened in the rooms beside us - microwave turned on, dishes clattering, morning conversations, and twice - fortunately brief - a squeaky bed being given a workout. It is in the middle of a small golf course, with a busy intersection near by, so during the day you hear a steady stream of traffic and the whistles of the police officer at the traffic circle. There is beach access relatively close by, but a little hard to find as there is construction and condos between the location and the beach.

Pool was closed at time on both stays due to the hotel pet iguana pooping in the pool; our table still had bottle stains from the previous tenant; when we checked in we were told someone would show us to our room but after waiting ten minutes we just went and found it ourself.

In dire need of maintenance and remodelling. Many things in room are in need of repair.

Some rooms are not nearly as nice as others and would like more water suppled

King bed was very comfy but wiggly.
