Very disappointing and value for money is 0.

Nothing. Not worth it

Cons:

Almost everything. From the security guard who was busy on his phone watching videos and offered no help, the power interruption for more than 10x in a night, the complementary water is in a pitcher that is very dirty, the bedsheets and towels are very worn out and smells. They offer a “free drinks” in the ground floor but the staff were very mean and most of the items are not available.

I would stay at Radisson Bacolod again.
Pros:

The location is perfect!

Cons:

Our room in particular needs maintenance. Air was not working after several attempts to fix and finally we were move to a different room. The king size bed was just a 2 bed push together. The nail in the bathroom door is protruding and we were locked in several times. I am dealing with Support staff Bacolod for extra charge in error .
