Pros:

The location, it’s basically part of SM STORE. Very convenient if you would like to go shopping and look for restaurants to eat out. The staff, very approachable, accommodating, always smiling. The rooms are huge, high ceiling, very fast wifi too!

Pros:

Personal muy amable. Buena ubicación con acceso directo al SM Mall. Habitación y baño cómodos. Excelente piscina. Buen desayuno buffet incluido, y nos prepararon desayuno para llevar a la salida porque era muy temprano. Reservamos con ellos el traslado al puerto de Cadiz, lo que fue muy conveniente.

Cons:

Las sombrillas de la piscina no se pudieron abrir, y con el sol que hacía era imposible aguantar el calor.

For its price, Not acceptable.

Breakfast was acceptable. Location is great.

Cons:

All the bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner were almost empty !! Had to ask housekeeping to refill them.
Small towels were not there too.
