Cons:

The food at the buffet was not good and the service from the staff was also poor. We had repeated problems with our room key not working and were locked out of our room four times. Each time we had to return to reception, and it was only fixed properly after the fourth attempt. I also ordered a pizza through room service, but it arrived cold. When I called to complain, staff came to collect it but instead of replacing it with a fresh one, they simply microwaved it and brought it back. As a result, the pizza tasted terrible.

Bathroom was old and needed new rubbers in the shower door and wall cracked on the sliding door. Someone’s hair was wiped on the wall. My wife has blonde hair and mine is short black so long black hair. Also no vent in the shower room so the heat caked on hard.

Excellent property for a good price.
Pros:

It is a newish property that was very clean and comfortable. The location was close to the pier for ferry access. The breakfast buffet was good and had a lot of variety. The beds were fantastic. The staff were all friendly.

Cons:

Everything was great.

A remarkable memorable experience!
Pros:

We went to visit Bacolod for personal reasons - to reunite with my wife's cousin. We haven't seen him for 15 years and we wanted to reconnect with his wife and get to know his children who are now adults. I would say...our extended family in Bacolod. They made us visit the town and feast on their local cuisines. It was a bonding experience!
