The staff made up for the minor inconvenience that me and my family has encountered. Cush is an amazing guy from the Par
Pros:

Everything is convenient.

Cons:

The air conditioning in my room was fixed to 25 Celsius. After an exhausting excursion in the city, the thermostat wouldn’t change after multiple failed attempts to adjust it. I called the concierge desk and engineering showed up. They changed the temp to 19 C and promised that it would switch down. I woke up at midnight covered in sweat and frustration. Concierge sent engineering again and finally made it work. It’s a minor issue but it’s very inconvenient.
Also, my family in the other room complained about their trash bin has not been emptied out for 2 days.

Pros:

After my second visit here, clearly to say the location!!

Cons:

This time almost nothing, slowly check inn,
At the end of check in, getting informed first, that the bed we adk for is not available, why dissapointed at that time i booked additional night already!!!
the room at 3 pm not finish,
After entering the room we noticed und the cabinet still the garbage from other guest before, the window in the room was very dirty !!
the restauraurant and food (breakfast buffet at 7am), for RADISSION unacceptable breakfast buffet at 7 am was everything empty, as in everything, as excuse we recived the answer sorry we had a group for breakfast!
This is not for me an excuse, that all was empty! Refill and proper managing the buffet!!
Even one of the head waiter had time to walk with another waiter and talking!! just dissapointing

Pros:

I pick this hotel because it looks promising. It is connected to SM mall which we really need that night we came from a long travel and the convenience that it offers we dont need to go anywhere far to shop and eat. Our room is clean and has comfy bed.

Cons:

The next day wasn't fun at all. The hotel experienced a power shortage and their generator had malfuntions. We uses stairs going down to bfast and back to our room in 6th floor. The power came back before we checked out and the water came back as well. But the water in the bathroom looks like a sewer backed up its color dark brown and has funny smell. We let the shower and faucet sink run for a while and flushes the toilet many times but water color/quality hasn't changed. We end up checking out without a shower.

Comfortable.
Pros:

Cons:

The dining room. You should improve ventilation. Everytime i eat there, the smell of food sticks to my clothes
