Terrible reservation experience
Pros:

Just had the most bizarre experience attempting to book this hotel. I spent 27 minutes speaking to the reservation agent who was onsite at the hotel to get a 1-bedroom suite. He put me on two incredibly long holds, the second AFTER TAKING MY CARD INFO and confirming my stay. He came back on and said the room was given away by his manager. I worked in hotels and know the rooms stay on hold while reserving - I’m now truly concerned about sharing our card details and will be watching closely.

L’intrattenimento dj set della domenica forse un tantino esagerato.
Anche considerando che erano presenti pochissime persone avrebbe potuto modulare le canzoni o il volume dalla camera era fastidioso.

Good place but beds should be checked for cleanliness.
Pros:

Location, staff, restaurant and room was great.

Cons:

The cleaning person left strands of long black hair on my bed that had been attached to one of the pillows. So I pulled that pillow and the two front ones off the bed and didn’t find any others. It wasn’t a pleasant experience but aside from that, everything else was good. This is the only reason why I didn’t give a 10 rating.

Loved this place and would absolutely come back

Really loved the location and convenience for food and the heated pool

The two times we went to the bar/food area there was one person and he was extremely busy.

Pros:

Nicely decorated room with very high ceiling and window. We were on the first floor and were told the other floors did not have high ceilings. The bathroom mirror has Bluetooth so you can play your music…my husband and I danced in the bathroom! The pool lounging area is very nice and has plenty of seating and fire pits. We did not use the pool.

Cons:

There was no hot water the next morning when we were getting ready to leave…boiler problems apparently. The desk staff did refund a portion of the nights stay which was good because this is one of the most expensive places we stayed on our Route 66 tour across America. Parking is extra just like everywhere in the Los Angeles area. Breakfast is extra too from the onsite restaurant.

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per comodisita con la scuola di nostra figlia a Calasabas.
Pros:

Struttura non troppo grande ma con tutto a disposizione una bella area esterna con piscina per qualche cosa di relax. Parcheggio disponibile all’esterno.
Servizio di microonde e piccolo angolo snack.
Disponibilità per sistemazione della camera a tutte le ore.

strictly ok
Pros:

the bedroom floor had two wood planks that lifted every time you walk over it. I fell in the middle of the night and when I told the staff next day while checking out he could care less. He didn’t even ask if I hurt myself
