Close proximity to Qin Palace.
Corridor of the rooms looks rundown. It’s about time to replace the corridor carpet. Room’s entrance door doesn’t close smoothly and needs attention. Could do better with the variety of breakfast buffet. Room wasn’t refreshed / no house keeping, only provided additional bottled water in the room.

秦王宮は目の前にあり、観光にはとても便利。フロントはバイトの人でしょうか、観光やタクシーについて相談してもあまり頼りにならなかったのですが、到着した日の当番だった若い女性マネージャーさん(Rosieさん)はとても詳しく、いろいろとアドバイスももらって頼りになりました。隣のレストランは2割引で食事できます。ローカル色たっぷりですが味はよく、オススメできます。

秦王宮に行く予定だったので、めちゃくちゃ近くて便利だった！スタッフは翻訳機を使って説明してくれてチェックインも安心でした！部屋がとても綺麗で、窓から秦王宮が見えて最高の眺めでした！コンセントも沢山あり、日本のもので十分つかえました。朝食も美味しく最高の2泊3日になりました！ありがとうございました！

Spacious room with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities. The breakfast is standard, but the location is excellent, very close to the Qin Palace. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as several Hanfu rental shops to choose from!
The staff cannot communicate in English, even though this is an international chain hotel. We had to use a translator app to communicate, but it sometimes caused confusion. Additionally, the room cost charged to us was higher than the amount shown on Booking.com (including taxes). The hotel charged us 10-20 yuan more than the listed price. When we raised the issue with the staff, they claimed the extra amount should have already been refunded through the system, but we never received the refund. Communication was difficult and often misunderstood. We couldn’t follow up on the matter further because we had to leave quickly to catch a train, as our ride to the station had already arrived.

Right next to Hengdian Film Studio Qin Palace. Lot of restaurants around, bus at the entrance. Helpful staff and nice room. Wide variety at the breakfast.
Very clean hotel close to Qin Palace. Staff were super friendly. Room was large with a lot of free space. It was equipped with a nice cabinet ready to have a mini fridge but oddly it was empty without a fridge. The shower drain was slow.
