Pros:

In front of Qin palace, less than 5 mins walk to the gates.

Cons:

Hotel is under renovation so the view from window is block by the scaffolding

Love this hotel!
Pros:

Loved the scenery and the size of the room! The facilities provided were great as it included ironing board and iron w/o is having to request separately. The location was just across the Qin Palace and it was easy to locate.

공사가 진행중인것이 앱에서 명시가 되어있어야 한다고 생각합니다. 이틀숙박했고 공사가 낮에 진행되었으며 엘리베이터옆에 공지가 있었으나 숙박을 예약할 당시 공사에 대한 안내는 받지 못했습니다. 낮에 숙소에 있었는데 소음으로 많이 불편했습니다

Cons:

Corridor of the rooms looks rundown. It’s about time to replace the corridor carpet. Room’s entrance door doesn’t close smoothly and needs attention. Could do better with the variety of breakfast buffet. Room wasn’t refreshed / no house keeping, only provided additional bottled water in the room.

秦王宮は目の前にあり、観光にはとても便利。フロントはバイトの人でしょうか、観光やタクシーについて相談してもあまり頼りにならなかったのですが、到着した日の当番だった若い女性マネージャーさん(Rosieさん)はとても詳しく、いろいろとアドバイスももらって頼りになりました。隣のレストランは2割引で食事できます。ローカル色たっぷりですが味はよく、オススメできます。

秦王宮に行く予定だったので、めちゃくちゃ近くて便利だった！スタッフは翻訳機を使って説明してくれてチェックインも安心でした！部屋がとても綺麗で、窓から秦王宮が見えて最高の眺めでした！コンセントも沢山あり、日本のもので十分つかえました。朝食も美味しく最高の2泊3日になりました！ありがとうございました！

Pros:

Spacious room with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities. The breakfast is standard, but the location is excellent, very close to the Qin Palace. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as several Hanfu rental shops to choose from!

Cons:

The staff cannot communicate in English, even though this is an international chain hotel. We had to use a translator app to communicate, but it sometimes caused confusion. Additionally, the room cost charged to us was higher than the amount shown on Booking.com (including taxes). The hotel charged us 10-20 yuan more than the listed price. When we raised the issue with the staff, they claimed the extra amount should have already been refunded through the system, but we never received the refund. Communication was difficult and often misunderstood. We couldn’t follow up on the matter further because we had to leave quickly to catch a train, as our ride to the station had already arrived.
