The Westin Dallas Southlake

Great location, friendly staff, and very clean. Having Starbucks on-site was a plus.

We were pleasantly surprised at the staff’s kindness and hospitality. They offered us bottles of water at check in and when they heard we were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary they gave us breakfast coupons for two free entrees and the breakfast was amazing!! 😋

We stayed in the Southlake/Roanoke area for an 8-day family visit—a relative lives nearby—so we tried different hotels. Hands down, the Westin is the best in the area. We also stayed at the Hilton at the Town Square mall. This Westin is not of the caliber as you’d find in a major city, but it’s worthy of the Westin brand. Nonetheless, we noticed several small things that added up to a great experience. First, we asked for a bath mat in our shower after our child took a fall on the slippery tile, and housekeeping delivered one promptly. Second, we were in and out of the hotel a lot, and we always noticed that someone was at the front desk at all hours. Third, we weren’t charged for parking, even though our reservation warned us the daily parking fee is $10. We were begrudgingly prepared to pay the fee, even though it seems hard to justify, but it’s nice that we didn’t see it on the final bill.

On NYE, the hotel offered champagne to all guests, another nice touch. We used the onsite EV charger, which charged $0.30 per kWh. We didn’t try the restaurants or the pool was it was January, but if you’re staying in the area, this reviewer highly recommends this hotel.

The presentation was beautiful and instantly inviting. The taste was perfectly balanced — not too sweet, not too tart — and incredibly refreshing.

Special shoutout to Abhi for the warm hospitality and great service — he made the experience even better. Looking forward to coming back and trying more!

The bartender’s recommendations were spot on — a refreshing mix of berries with a perfect balance of flavors. The presentation was beautiful, served perfectly chilled and garnished with rosemary, which added such a classy touch.

The taste was outstanding and the ambience made the experience even better. Special mention to ABHI, who took amazing care of us and made the evening truly enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again!

Anicia and Ally at Front Desk welcomed us with true joy! Ying served us EXCELLENT food in the Curve Lounge. Abhi, Bartender craft drinks was spot on! Enjoyed live entertainment with Sam Randles! Excellent artist, check him out!

I love this whole hotel. Home away from home. Everyone is so friendly. Bar is amazing! All bartenders are amazing. Hotel staff is amazing and accommodating.

Came and had a great time with friends and hung out in the Curve Lounge, we were greeted and taken care of Abhi. Would love to come again for a great time and impeccable service.

Great location , Westin Heavenly Bed and fitness center! The best staff and excellent service. Relaxing lobby with live music and fire pit outside with lounge couches.

Abhi was wonderful at the lobby bar. He was attentive and gave great customer service. Always enjoy our time at the lobby bar at the Westin. Highly recommend the espresso martini.
