Pros:

I, along with a whole bunch of my relatives , stayed with you to attend a memorial for my cousin. We were able to spend time together in the lounge and lobby until late that night, and met up for breakfast (which was very good)as people said their goodbyes and left to catch their flights.
It was an excellent experience all the way around, making a sad and difficult time easier on everyone. Many thanks to you and your great staff!

I must admit, I initially had some reservations about this hotel, but it truly exceeded my expectations. Everything about this establishment is simply wonderful. It evokes the feeling of a luxurious resort. The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious, and its proximity to DFW airport, approximately 18 to 20 minutes away, is quite convenient. The staff members are highly professional, incredibly friendly, and always willing to assist. The parking facilities are excellent, and the food is delightful; they even have a very efficient restaurant and a lovely bar. The overall ambiance is incredibly inviting. I truly feel as though I have found a home in Southlake.

Birthday weekend Bliss!
Pros:

We absolutely were blown away with the Westin Southlake! We planned our daughter‘s 11th birthday at the hotel. Nate and Ally were so responsive and helped us decorate the hotel room upon arrival to surprise our daughter. They were kind, energetic, and willing to make our stay and experience! Also, the bar is amazing! We will 100% be staying again!

Business Stay
Pros:

This hotel is well kept and offers comfortable accommodations for business and leisure travelers alike. They have a nice gym, onsite cafe and restaurant and offer a comfortable outdoor space to get fresh air. I have visited this hotel twice for business and have enjoyed my stay each time. The staff is friendly too.
