Ya no es lo mismo.
Pros:

Lo que salvó el día es el personal, la recepcionista y el Bell boy que la hizo de valet parking, bell boy, llevo toallas, nos cambió de habitación (porque la primera estaba sucia con las fundas de almohada manchadas y percudidas, amarillas y con pelos) la recepcionista muy amable junto con el bell boy todologo nos resolvieron rápido está situación y nos cambiaron de recamara.
El personal muy bien y comprometido pero solo ví DOS personas del personal de hotel.

Cons:

La primer recamara sucia, mal, la segunda regular, la regadera suelta y con chorros por dónde quiera, toallas deshilachadas, los colchones ya dieron su mejor vida, fundas y sábanas percudidas, ya no cuentan con restaurante en la terraza, el clima en todo el hotel súper caliente, los elevadores y el lobby son un horno (la recamara bien el clima) urge mejorar la administración o se les va a caer, soy cliente regular, me gustaba mucho, pero por la reacción de mi familia creo que ya tengo mejores opciones por el mismo o menor costo.
