loved the lobby and near to airport. good service too!

Cons:

the mattress is actually quite dirty. we had 3 rooms and all had dirty mattress and toilet! a bit run down room. there were so many ants in the toilet and the toilet floors were so murky and dirty. the hotel have the potential but the room was not it.

Pros:

Very disappointed with the service at this hotel. Even for a simple welcome drink, I had to wait almost 30 minutes without any clear explanation. It is unbelievable that such a large hotel seemed to have only one staff member handling many guests at the same time, making everything slow and unorganized.

The overall stay felt uncomfortable because the service was clearly not prepared to handle guests properly. Management seriously needs to add more staff and improve the service system so guests do not have to wait that long for something so simple. The building and location may be good, but the service quality definitely needs major improvement.
