Our stay at MGallery The Bodrum Hotel Yalıkavak exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the hospitality was simply outstanding.

A special thank you to Okan, who made our 10th wedding anniversary incredibly memorable. He arranged a beautiful floral decoration in our room along with a delicious complimentary anniversary cake, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated surprise.

To our delight, the hotel also upgraded us to a beautiful Executive Sea View suite on a high floor, which offered breathtaking views and made our stay even more special. We truly appreciated this generous gesture

The hotel itself is world class. The facilities are exceptional, the private beach and pool are beautiful, and every area of the property is impeccably maintained.

Housekeeping was excellent and always on time. One evening, we returned to our room to find complimentary snacks waiting for us, another thoughtful touch that made us feel genuinely valued as guests.

The service at check-out was equally impressive. The team was warm, attentive, and Okan once again even made sure we enjoyed coffee and refreshments before we departed, which was a wonderful way to end our stay.

Every member of the staff made us feel welcome, and their attention to detail was remarkable.

Thank you to Okan and the entire MGallery team for making our anniversary so special. We will always remember our stay and would not hesitate to return whenever we visit Bodrum again.

Best hotel in Yalikavak, location, private beach, very good breakfast, clean hotel where you find all facilities you may need. Very helpful staff Ms Hafiza in F&B, night shift manager Mr Shayaz , Ms Ghana in the reception as an Arabic speaker she made everything easier for us, providing us with useful addresses. Thank you all the staff at M Gallery

Pros:

Красивая территория, дизайн отеля. На этом, пожалуй, плюсы заканчиваются.
*Персонал быстро реагирует на недочеты, и сразу же исправляется, за это им плюс!

Cons:

1. Персонал средне. Кто-то очень приветлив, и действительно всегда готов помочь. А есть те, кто даже не здороваются и надменно смотрят.
2. При заселении в номере скрипела кровать, а также вырубало электричество и было иногда шумно;
3. Завтраки никакие. Еда однообразная, но в целом неплохо. Хотелось бы на завтрак чтоб были каши, мясо… Меню было в основном вегетарианское или диетическое. Для меня (девушки) еще нормально, а вот муж был недоволен…
4. Просят депозит (как и во всех 5* отелях) примерно 800 евро на неделю. Это стоит учитывать, потому что может оказаться сюрпризом…

الرقي والهدوء
Pros:

الفندق كان هاديء وراقي وتعامل الموظفين روعه واشكر المدير الي اعطانا ترقيه من غرفه لسويت. المنظر من السويت كان خورافي. والمرافق كلها كانت غاية في النظافه والجمال. وصار هذا الفندق من مفضلاتي.

Tudo excepcional!
Os quartos são de um conforto extremo - quando chegamos, recebemos upgrade para a suíte executiva, o que tornou tudo ainda mais especial, a vista era de tirar o folego.
O atendimento de absolutamente todo o staff foi impecável
O hotel é realmente lindo.

Cons:

Não é um problema de forma alguma, mas vale dizer que é bem distante do centro e ter um carro pode ser util se pretende se deslocar muito.
