La ubicación para moverte por la ciudad.

Cons:

La habitación no estaba pulcra. El baño era decadente, estaba lleno de hongos y el agua se salía por todas las partes del baño. Además, cortaron el agua y no había ni para tirar de la cadena del WC ni para lavarnos la cara o manos.
No pudimos tomar el desayuno porque cogíamos un vuelo muy temprano y nos prepararon un croissant y agua para llevar.
Elegí esta estancia como categoría Hotel y creo que de lo viejo que está debería ser categoría Hostal.

Rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Ottima posizione e staff disponibile

Cons:

La camera Deluxe ha necessità di una sistemata soprattutto per quanto riguarda il bagno e le prese elettriche che non funzionano. La camera viene pulita solo dopo 3 giorni, o ogni giorno a pagamento....È solo possibile fare il cambio asciugamani. Questo aspetto dovrebbe essere evidenziato.

Notre séjour a été particulièrement compliqué et décevant. Dès notre arrivée dans la chambre, nous avons constaté la présence importante de moisissures, ce qui a rendu les conditions d’hébergement inconfortables et préoccupantes.

Nous avons signalé ce problème à la réception dans l’espoir de pouvoir changer de chambre. Notre demande a été refusée, au motif qu’il n’y avait plus de disponibilité. Il nous a également été expliqué que la situation était due à la pluie ayant endommagé la chambre, sans qu’aucune solution concrète ne nous soit proposée.

Face à cette absence de prise en charge, nous avons décidé de faire une réclamation auprès de Booking. Le lendemain matin, un autre employé nous a interpellés de manière brusque pour nous demander quel était le problème. Après lui avoir montré les moisissures, il a répété la même explication liée à la pluie, sans davantage de considération pour notre situation.

Compte tenu de ces éléments, nous avons pris la décision de quitter l’établissement un jour plus tôt. Nous n’avons finalement passé qu’une seule nuit sur place. Il est à noter que, au moment de notre départ, une autre chambre nous a soudainement été proposée, ce qui rend d’autant plus incompréhensible le refus initial.

Cette expérience a été très décevante, tant sur le plan des conditions d’hébergement que de la gestion de notre réclamation.
