Great location hotel!
Pros:

The location was great, very central to Spencer St station and trams. The hotel was clean and welcoming on arrival.
Breakfast was a lovely addition, albeit not the greatest buffet however hot options were rotated daily i.e. sausages, bacon and then French toast, as well as one day there was hot noodles and then fried rice as options (seemed a little odd), toast with spreads, cereals, fresh fruit and porridge available each day.

Cons:

Our bed was extremely hard and resulted in sore backs each morning. As mentioned breakfast was a bit disappointing however appreciate the option.

Rooms were as expected clean, location was good.

Cons:

Everything was great except the breakfast was very low standard, quality was not there and the selection was minimal. The dishes were empty a lot. Not sure if there were any eggs in the scrambled eggs tasted liked powdered eggs. disappointed that you couldn't order other style eggs. On the Sunday they did not have any bacon. Would have preferred to go to Maccas around the corner for breakfast.
