Pros:

Great location, close to trains, trams & Skybus to airport. Walk to Marvel stadium, plenty of food options close by.

Cons:

Hotel has an express/dine in menu - stay away from the pizza - appeared to be a frozen item that was not properly cooked🤢

Was a bit unconfortable
Pros:

The service at the desk waa good and the location was close to everything we needed.

Cons:

The room was not clean at all. There was a lot of empty containers and bottles even condom under the bed. and toilet was dirty and did not being vacuum. A lot of hand marks on the windows and i asked the service desk to take care of this problem. He took the empty containers out but the next day when the cleaner came to clean. They cleaned only the bed and replace the towels that sit. The condom was still unfer the bed and room not vacuumed and toilet still dirty

Great service, clean comfortable room and great location.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room, great location, the breakfast was great and I felt safe as a solo traveler. And the staff were nice and friendly.

Cons:

It is expensive but it's worth the extra money for a safe, clean room that has close proximity to everything.

It was a decent place to stay… good location!
Pros:

The food was ample and varied
Well presented
Good staff to clear tables.

Cons:

The HOT food was lukewarm at best and cold by the time you could sit down to eat. The eggs were scrambled SOUP …nasty!! Most of the bacon was uncooked!
May I add that this was the case in all 3 Holiday Inn Express- Queenstown NZ, Adelaide and Melbourne.
