Pros:

The staff was very attentive to our pre-arrival requests. We asked for a high floor with city views and they delivered perfectly, providing us with a spectacular panoramic view of Melbourne. The location on Little Collins Street is unbeatable, close to everything and with excellent transport links.

Cons:

While the breakfast had variety, we noticed the selection was heavily geared toward Asian guests (who made up about 90% of the crowd during our stay). There were very few options for those of us from the Americas who are used to a more standard international breakfast; it felt a bit limited if you weren't looking for Asian-style morning dishes.

Really great spot to stay with everything we needed - right location, breakfast & parking included. A bit expensive
Pros:

Location was excellent for our stay. Love there is parking underneath the building. Breakfast area was really good

Cons:

The reception area is located in a thoroughfare. You need to move it to a dedicated space - perhaps where you have the screen & Lou hrs. Being near the seating with a narrow walk through area is congested. Should be separated from the coffee making area

Cons:

Car park not actually owned by them so we were overcharged (charged an overstayer fee of $80) even though we paid all parking charges in advance

Loved it! Would come back
Pros:

We absolutely loved our room, we had a great view and it was comfortable! The big twin beds were the highlight that’s for sure! The free breakfast was awesome and the staff were amazing!

Cons:

The shower was a glass window which you could see through so my friend and I had to turn around when the other was showering which at first we felt uncomfortable but we got used to it after the 2nd night

Pros:

Overall great value! Obviously with breakfast included is a bonus - I know you do probably pay for it in the rate, but it's still good value with a good selection of food each morning. Location-wise you can't go wrong - a mere 5 mins walk from Southern Cross Station plus all the tram routes. Great variety of cafes, pubs, eateries around the area. Staff very helpful too. The rooms are not huge but they have all the basics, and the views (if up high) are good. The blackout curtain works very well too - you wouldn't know the time of day when it's down!

Good place. Annoying unfortunate sound
Pros:

I liked the location and the ease of use. The friendly staff were wonderful.

Cons:

There was a very annoying drip/ tapping sound that started at night and continued alll night I was in room 913 and it was loud and obtrusive and regular. Not human made it was something else. Very frustrating.

Front foyer access from the street was not good although i'm assuming they're in the process of changing that. Not having a restaurant or Cafe made it difficult to get something to eat at night.
