Nice staff don't make up for the shortcomings.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The bed was too hard, the pillows were like pancakes, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work and they didn't serve bacon at breakfast.

Pros:

A well located hotel that offers everything you meed for a trip to Melbourne. Breakfast is good and plenty and staff is very friendly. Plenty of places to eat near by.

We had an excellent stay. The room was excellent for the price and included parking and breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Plenty of tasty options of both hot cold food, comfortable seating and good coffee. The dining area is spacious and given it was included in the price of the room we couldn’t have been happier.
