A perfect place to stay with welcoming staff and easy access to public transport.
Pros:

This was the third time we've stayed at this hotel and we've rated it highly every time. We like the proximity to Southern Cross Station and this stay my daughter arrived on the Sky bus at 12.30am and it was a quick,safe walk to the hotel. There was a night manager who opened the door for her. That was brilliant service. The staff were sensational so friendly and helpful. It was also great value for bed and breakfast. Its also very close to city trams.We will be back

Enjoyed ou stay and would stay again
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Location was great for getting around Melbourne. Room was clean and staff were helpful.

Cons:

The shower was a littke strange in that you could be seen having a shower by other people in the room.

Modern, comfortable stay minutes from the airport.
Pros:

Proximity to airport was obviously the most important thing - modern facilities allowed for a very comfortable stay.

Cons:

The room was on the smaller side, but just what we needed for our short stay.
