Excellent value, excellent location, quiet room, away from the nearby nightclub which can get very.

Included a small buffet breakfast in the accomodation price with limited choices but adequate.

Pros:

Breakfast - there was a good choice, hot dishes as well as cereals, fruit and toast etc.

The hotel has a great location, within a 15-minute walk to Melbourne CBD, and the rooms are quite spacious.

Cons:

Extremely disappointed with the administration. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel via phone, Booking.com, and email. They promised a complimentary upgrade to an accessible room. However, the front desk had no record of this upon check-in.

I had to provide my own email proof before they acknowledged the offer. By then, I was too exhausted to wait for them to fix the error and gave up the upgrade. For an international hotel, such a breakdown in communication and failure to keep promises is absurd and a total waste of time.
