WARNING** the location on the orbitz map is not the actual hotel location. The actual location is inland many blocks away. Do not stay here unless your expectation is a loud a/c unit in the room, with a bed and running water. The pool is putrid and unkept, pool chairs are broken. This place is a scam beware

Very dirty and no hot water

Main floor entry door didn't lock(waited little over an hour to have it fixed).
Fridge was hot and starting making horrible sounds in the middle of the night.
No soap in bathroom.
No running water in the morning.
Dirty.
Wifi only worked after 10pm
No restaurants on site.
Pictures not reflective of actual hotel rooms.
Save your money go somewhere else.

Not even close to the pictures on Expedia. Expedia should be ashamed to be pushing hotels like this. Would give it 1 star . Rust on all appliances, shower faucets. Water turned off for 1/2 day. No maid service. Had to fetch towed , toilet paper ourselves. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

We arrived very late at 2:00 am we called and nobody answered! We didn’t end up staying and found a place at 3:00 am! I would like my money back!!!!!!!

Mi estadia en este hotel fue por 2 noches. La recepcionista (extrangera) aparentemente no tenia ganas de trabajar o tubo un mal dia. La picina estaba sucia, el baño sucio, la basura se desbordaba de los tachos, los ruidos y musica retumbaban en el cuarto hasta tardes horas de la noche. Las calles estan todas destrosadas lo que se dificulta manejar en el area. La playa es muy linda pero si no perteneces a un hotel de ahi (este no incluye) no puedes quedarte.
Los vendedores te acosan. En general yo no volveria a este hotel.

Poor quality.

Hard to get the WiFi right. Couldn’t understand which to use. They give you a page with 10 choices and say good luck! The AC is hard to notice. Septic systems smell poorly but that’s many places.

Don’t stay here! We were switched to a different room than the one I reserved. The faucets in the shower and bathroom sink were rusty, the mattress is crowned and doesn’t sit flat, the tv is in the kitchen so you can’t watch it in bed. The room is also right above a restaurant/bar, so very noisy until late at night. Would never stay here again!!

Bad condition

I was very disappointed with the condition of the room. All the appliances were rusted, the bathroom was horrible and there was a bad odor in the room. The staff constantly tried to sell me drugs. I would never return to that property.

The property is in very good condition and has super convenient location right on the beach and close by to many restaurants.

Everything was very clean and very well organized, all of us liked a lot the swimming pool!!

We did not expect a lot, but now we can say that everything was great! We would come back one day

we like everything and all was much more better than expected . Thank you for everything.

We came here by recommendation, and now as well, going to recommend this hotel to all our friends

The beach is beautiful and very clean. The proper tip could be better kept. The food was delicious. Staff is friendly and polite.

Really good service for this price range! The beach restaurant for all guests serving beautiful drinks, but there is no air conditioner. We would like to see a special thank you to Reception stuff.

Excellent hotel!! Love it! The location is wonderful with beautiful white sand beach.
