Terrible beds - soft mattress on bed, no mattress on fold-out sofa bed.
Pros:

The staff members were very friendly and the kitchen would be very helpful if you have a longer stay.

Cons:

Sofa bed not a bed - it was a fold-out bed platform with no actual mattress on it. The regular bed mattress was so soft you sag into it. The large closet smelled like mold so we keep it closed. The air conditioner was very noisy, and our room was on the side of the building facing the highway, so that was noisy, too.

Nice, clean place to stay with comfortable beds.
Pros:

We like the comfort of the room, TV, desk, sofa, and kitchen area. The shower was good too. It is a perfect location for where we needed to be. The staff was friendly. We were checking out at 6am, and the staff offered us coffee and a banana (before the breakfast buffet opened).

Cons:

When other guests' doors closed, it caused our door to shudder, which could be annoying at times.

Best Hotel in Madison.
Pros:

Beds, room size, bedding, cleanliness, breakfast, staff friendliness, location, housekeeping caters to you without even asking.
The rooms have a small kitchenette, very mindful service. Laundry room on site.

Pros:

We stayed here for THREE weeks. Yes, three weeks after our house sold waiting to for our new place to be ready. We were impressed from start to finish. Every staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Housekeeping is incredibly detailed and respectful. I highly recommend this property, especially if you have a long stay.
