كل شيء كان جميل والاستقبال جدا محترمين ، الغرف نظيفه اخذنا وحدة كبيرة وحدة صغيرة جمب بعض .. فيه اصنصير ، الامان عالي والمكان كانه بيت تفاصيل المكان رائعة .. المشي من الاماكن السياحية تقريبا 18 دقيقه و 9 دقايق من محطة القطار

Hotel é lindo e staff muito atencioso. Minha única crítica é a localização… fica longe do centro e o entorno é feio pq f
Pros:

Hotel é lindo, pequeno e muito requintado mas sem frescuras. A cama e travesseiros excelentes, chuveiro bom e meu quarto era bem espaçoso. Só senti falta de bancada no banheiro para apoiar as coisas.

Ottimo, da consigliare se si va a Firenze!
Pros:

Staff gentilissimo, camera spaziosa, accogliente e pulita, così come la struttura in un elegantissimo palazzo storico. La posizione non è centralissima ma comunque a due passi da santa Maria novella che è un grande vantaggio.
