All I can remember is a beautiful quiet time with a lot of privacy, not too many guests which is why I love boutique hot
Pros:

I had a lovely stay, The staff was extremely helpful.
Aymen from front office was great . He helped me book tours, appointments . They take good care of their guests 🫶🏽

Cons:

A little far from Duomo. It’s a long walk

Cons:

Premesso che non vi erano gravi segnalazioni, visto la classe del hotel, sarebbe bello avere una camera non caldissima all arrivo (il cdz si spegne del tutto quando si esce) ed un poco di manutenzione in più al soffione ed al.miscelatore (difficile la regolazione) della doccia (molto bella)

Wonderful hotel. I stayed three nights and will happily book again.
Pros:

Lovely property with a great room and bathroom. Breakfast, bar, backyard and lounge were first class and the decorating and art best in class. Just say yes get your steps in walking into the tourist area (10 minutes).

Cons:

The sidewalk to and from the train station can be narrow and uneven, but Florence is an old city lol.

Very stylish property, room comfort, front desk service, spa.

Cons:

The property advertises lunch availability, but lunch has been discontinued. Only dinner is served. Breakfast is average, with a level of quality that, in my view, is not aligned with what one would expect at a five-star property. I am actually surprised that the hotel is rated five stars, as I thought five-star properties were required to have a restaurant open for all meals and room service. This is not the case. This is the reason for my 8 rating vs. 9 or 10.

Cons:

The hotel is controlling the A/C systems remotely and doesn't allow the guest to switch on the A/C themselves. The A/C was not operable from the guest hotel room, I asked receptionist to switch it on, he made it . After one hour , it was switched off again. To cool down the room temperature , I opened the window and all night I hunted mosquitos and the street was very noisy. It is not acceptable while paying more than 400 EUR.

Einfach nur sehr empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Das Hotel war ein wunderschön renovierter Palazzo , die Zimmer sind exklusiv ausgestattet, die Lage des Hotels ist nicht ganz zentral, aber man kommt zu Fuß gut überall hin.

Ottimi: struttura ( ristrutturazione e manutenzione), nonché dimensione, pulizia ed arredamento delle camere. Ottima posizione.

Cons:

Per essere un 5 stelle ho trovato inadeguata l’accoglienza. Nessuno a presidiare l’ingresso all’esterno per accogliere ed offrire supporto con le valigie ( servizio di facchinaggio assente). Inoltre, mi ha stupito il ristorante dell’hotel chiuso a pranzo. In generale, mi e’ sembrato carente di personale per i servizi di accoglienza e concierge.

Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per alcuni giorni e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista.

Lo staff si è dimostrato fin da subito estremamente cordiale, disponibile e professionale, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con gentilezza e attenzione ai dettagli. Un’accoglienza così fa davvero la differenza e rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

La struttura è molto pulita e curata, con ambienti ordinati e confortevoli. La posizione è uno dei suoi punti di forza: centrale, comodissima e perfetta per muoversi a piedi e raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse della città.

Un ulteriore valore aggiunto è la possibilità inclusa nel soggiorno di usufruire della spa per un’ora al giorno ad uso privato per la coppia, un servizio davvero apprezzato che rende l’esperienza ancora più rilassante e riservata.

In sintesi, un hotel altamente consigliato per chi cerca comfort, posizione strategica e un servizio attento e di qualità.

Overall disappointing experience- one of the worst so far.
Cons:

Staff came into the room when we were inside, without knocking on the door , or notifying us. Totally unacceptable and creepy. They overcharge for everything, even for water bottles which given how much we spent should be complimentary. (When you receive 2.000€ and more the least you could do is try not to be greedy). The check in check out experience was not good. The staff were visibly forced to be polite (perhaps you should not be in this line of work if you cannot be genuinely affable , do something else , not your guest’s problem ). The room (suite) had a very unpleasant odor for the duration of our stay. It reeked
of something moldy or rotten. The cleaning staff were elemental at best they didn’t even change the sheets in 4 days!!! Not even trying to do a good job. Overall disappointing experience- one of the worst so far. And we have stayed and booked hotels all over the world . Avoid at all costs.
