1.Cleanliness and ambience of the hotel.
2. Very clean and fresh towels
3. Warm and cosy rooms

Cons:

1. No complimentary water for my husband to take his daily treatment with. When I asked for water it was put on a bill. Yet Magna spars l’hotel in Milan where I had stayed prior to coming to Florence gave us litres and litres of water at our disposal. Mind you, it is also a 5 star hotel and in Milan for that matter. After I complained the receptionist‘cancelled it.’
2. I was looking forward to a very warm dinner with my husband. My husband wanted soup but chef could not go an extra mile to make it because it is not part of the menu. Really? I can understand if it is KFc or McDonald’s or 3-4 star hotel standards giving such a response!
3. My dinner was terrible. I requested for well done beef but was given the opposite -almost raw meat. I regretted having chosen beef. In hindsight I should have chosen lasagne instead- was it language barrier with waiter or the chef did not understand the order of ‘well grilled beef’?
4. The passages could do with marble tiles instead of dirty carpets.
5. The base of the bed could look much better if given a deep clean up
6. Female clients could benefit more if sanitary disposal plastics ( an alternative considering climate change) were provided.
7. Waiters should regularly clear up the tables not to wait until one finishes eating and leaves the table.
8. Curtains cannot fully close need fixing because the broken gadget on curtain rail need replacing.
8.This is my sincere honest opinion and I hope management of DP& Spa will take this into consideration.

Do not stay here, they dont care about hospitality 👎🏼
Cons:

The staff has an internal conflict and it is evident that they don’t have skills or training to interact with guest. The experience was horrible, i would NOT recommend to stay there.
The carpet of the corridors and rooms is dirty and stained.

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Très bel hôtel plein de charme. La chambre était magnifique, très spacieuse et confortable, avec une salle de bain particulièrement pratique. La décoration tout en blanc crée une atmosphère élégante et apaisante.

Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le jardin et le parking pour les voitures, ce qui est un vrai plus à Florence. Malgré la proximité de la route, la chambre est très bien insonorisée et nous n’avons pas été dérangés par le bruit.

Le petit déjeuné est varié, gourmand et contentera aussi bien les féru d'oeuf brouillés ou pâtisseries maison !

Le personnel était également super : accueillant, attentionné et très professionnel.

Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Cons:

Pas de gel douche à disposition disponible à l'achat, il faut juste y penser !

Dimora a 5 stelle? Forse solo per la struttura per il resto nemmeno 1!!!
Pros:

Struttura accogliente e confortevole, tuttavia anche la più bella dimora con uno staff inesperto e maleducato diventa la peggiore.

Cons:

Lo staff (in particolare il receptionist pomeridiano)è stato particolarmente scortese e inopportuno nel rivolgersi a dei clienti ai quali non è stato dato nemmeno del “lei”. Servizio spa discreto, nonostante siano stati richiesti più volte gli accappatoi per recarci in spa non ci è stato recapitato nulla in camera e siamo andate vestite perché la reception non rispondeva.
Camera discretamente pulita, asciugamani su davanzali sporchi di capelli altrui. E per di più bagno con luce principale fulminata, alla quale non è stata proposta alcuna soluzione ne aggiustamento perché il receptionist continuava a sostenere di essere solo nella struttura e non potersi allontanare. Questo hotel è a 5 stelle??????? Ma dove????? Riguardatevi!
