Pros:

The little problem we had when arriving was promptly sorted by Helen without any fuss, thankyou.

Cons:

Our room was at the front, and with it being a very hot night had to have the window open, which allowed some road noise. I appreciate the owner has no control over that, a fan was also supplied.

A very convenient place for a stopover stayl
Pros:

Large room and large bed (although two singles joined together). Great location. Helpful text messages from staff about parking, checking in, etc.

Cons:

Do check to see that the descripion of the property makes it clear that ensuite bathroom facilities are not the norm.

Affordable clean and comfortable rooms

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious
Tea coffee and water and snacks.
Located about 15 minutes stroll into town centre and easy to find with super clear instructions from the owner of the property.

Pros:

Large room, nicely decorated and prepared. Very clean.

Cons:

Bathroom on 2nd floor was up 2 flights of stairs and I had assumed en-suite which was my fault.

Great stay and value for money, everything you need in your room.
Pros:

All the little touches, even down to accessibility to Netflix, nice and clean, great location .

Cons:

First impression from the outside was a little off putting, looks basic and to be honest a little scruffy , glad it don’t like that inside .

Beautiful room and lovely details
Pros:

Beautiful room with lovely décor and great attention to detail. I appreciated the extras like water, coffee, kettle, shower gel, fan and fridge. The bed was also very comfortable.

Cons:

The walls and floors were not very well soundproofed, so noise from other guests could be heard quite easily, especially footsteps and TV sounds at night. However, the management was polite and helpful when I reported it.

Lovely stay
Pros:

The rooms had a personal touch compared to a hotel- a fan out ready for the hottest day of the year, brunch bar snacks and earn plugs. Very clean, ensuites looked new. TV and WiFi worked great. Great communication from host.
