The perfect home away from home!
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay here! It was a very nice spacious room with lovely decor and extras. We had two bottles of water on arrival too which was extremely helpful. The location was great too with less than 15 minutes walk from the centre. The parking was really good too which was very helpful because that can be expensive. I requested early check in which Helen was amazing at accommodating a time for me. I would definitely stay again!

Self check in was easy.
Big rooms
Lots of coffee, milks etc.
Ear plugs offered and brunch bars! Haha

Cons:

Because the bed was one that could be split to two singles, it wasn’t overly comfortable. I was on my own so like to spread out but there was a ridge in the middle where to two beds met so I had to sleep on one side. Only a minor thing but a mattress topper would sort it quite easily.

Fantastic value for what we paid
Pros:

Loved how big the room was. Exceptionally clean, every detail thought of! Code entry was abit of an issue, but staff were quick to rectify it through a message.

Cons:

The bed was really hard for us. And the sheets kept coming off the bed (they didn’t fit)

Great room, accessible and good value for money
Pros:

The location was great and the staff were really helpful when we had issues accessing the property with the code. They were quick to reply

Cons:

The advert listed a "private bathroom" which we took to mean an en suite rather than a shared bathroom, which was not the case unfortunately. That being said the shared bathroom was very nice and we had no issues with it, we just thought it wasn't going to be shared facilities.

Lovely rooms but the mattress could do with a topper or just a softer mattress
