Pros:

Nice colour scheme. Rear facing room so quiet.

Cons:

Bed uncomfortable, just a thin mattress protector on a cheap mattress. Didn't smell fresh. Very dirty.

Pros:

Very good position, 10 min walk from the station. The room was facing the back garden and there was no noise from the street.

Cons:

No problem for me during my stay. The host has been very helpful, great communication.
Just a tip for travellers, when you book read the description carefully.

The no person check-in process was slick and worked well.

Cons:

The room was not clean. What looked like soiled sanitary towels in the bathroom bin was particularly bad. The scum at the bottom of the drinking glasses was also bad.

The room was too hot, either open the window and have traffic noise or closer the window and overhead. 3 work colleagues stayed in 3 separate rooms, a mix of drum practise, drunken nose from t the back garden and proximity to the main roof meant a disturbed night for all.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Die Gemeinschaftsküche und Bad groß und sauber. Kaffee,Tee und Zubehör war alles im Zimmer. Hinterhof sehr nett. Kostenloser Parkplatz um die Ecke.

Cons:

Der Geruch im Zimmer. Es roch nach extremer Duftkerze oder ähnlichem. Es war aber nichts zu finden. Der Teppich im Zimmer könnte ein bisschen sauberer sein.

Pros:

Clean rooms. Well decorated. We booked 6 rooms out of the 9 available. Very comfortable rooms.
Free parking a 1 min walk round the corner. Lovely modern kitchen.

It's a shit show!
Pros:

- Quick check-in with no hassel

Cons:

- Dirty room: I do not believe that the room was cleaned before my stay. The floor was dirty, behind and under the bed was dirty, the sink in the bathroom was dirty and had hair in multiple places
- The pillows are possibly 10 years old, poor quality and heavily used
- The sheets have hair on them > Put me off sleeping on them. If they didn't bother cleaning the sheets, what else didn't they clean?
- The room was on the 3rd floor and while I do not have mobility restrictions, if I had brought my large luggage, I would not be able to climb all these stairs
- The other tenents were extreemely loud. One of them entered at 3 am and bumped the door loudly, not once, but TWICE!
- The lighting above the bed was just for show and does not work!

Lovely
Pros:

Very clean, comfy beds and well maintained. We had a room with a shared bathroom, the shared bathroom is lovely! Super clear instructions and information from Helen.

Cons:

Key code pads could be a bit temperamental (got there in the end but took some getting used to)

So bad I left and found another hotel
Pros:

Nice bedding

Cons:

Property on a really busy road with poor sound proofing. Entry was problematic due to electronic lock and not being able to hear the beeps over traffic noise. Room was uncomfortably hot (2nd floor). Toilet dirty. Whole place felt cheaply done and had student accommodation vibes

We didn’t stay at property and did cancel the booking as the bathroom was on 2 nd in a Victorian house . Helen and booking . Com was informed to cancel the booking and return the fee . Regards . F Idris

The parking for this place is very good. The host responds very quickly if you need anything.
Pros:

It was okay.

Cons:

It was a very hot so we couldn’t sleep well. There was some noises as we had to keep the window open.
