A very good experience at this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, and the spaces are always clean and well maintained, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The buffet-style breakfast was delicious and nutritious, with great options to start the day. To finish, I would like to highlight the excellent service and kindness of Christian during breakfast; his attention really made the difference and made us feel very well taken care of. 😊
Nice and comfortable three-star hotel. The rooms were clean, common areas were well maintained, and everything felt very organized. Breakfast was good, and special thanks to Christian at the buffet for being so friendly and helpful.

Finally made it home from our kids dance competition that was at U City High School the service was fantastic I love the atmosphere the hotel was very clean and up kept we had a few bumps but the employees were great Jerrica and Jimmie made sure we had everything we needed but I must say “Jimbow” the nick name the kids gave him was just heartwarming the kids where a little discouraged but he stepped in and the talk he had with them brung me to tears he even cleared out the conference room and stayed after he got off to give them a few pointers on the competition the shocker was seeing him in the bleachers to support us. The team of employees they have a lot more hotels need to take notes there hospitality is what keeps customers coming back .THANK YOU TOWNPLACE SUITES AND STAFF
