Thank you to Erin for a lovely and relaxing evening at Tesserae! The view, service, and food were fantastic. Make sure you get the kale and spinach salad! As a local, I will definitely be coming back to this rooftop for dinner and even in the warmer months for summer cocktails on the outdoor deck.
left an item, called the frontdesk to locate. they were able to locate right away (GREAT - felt very happy). But mgmt delayed mailing. every time I called for status there was another excuse as to why my found lost item was not mailed. and no one every communicated; i had to be proactive and initiate contact them each time. what should have been an easy win became a terrible execution by mgmt. very lax mgmt follow up - questionable at best.

I enjoy the aesthetics of the hotel. I also like the staff was super friendly and they greet you as you’re walking into the hotel and open the door for you hands down. This has to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel.

I wanted to share my recent experience with your valet service. The parking situation was very disorganized, and the overall process seemed poorly managed. Additionally, the valet attendants were requesting cash payments because the credit card system was not working, which was both inconvenient and concerning.
I wanted to bring this to your attention as it reflects poorly on the guest experience, and I hope it can be addressed promptly.
We enjoyed our stay here, the service was great and the room was clean.
Everything was smooth and the staff did an amazing job making us feel welcome.
