Super comfortable and close to station
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable, there were slippers and robes in the room and big fluffy towels. The room service was great too as was the cafe downstairs. I used the guest laundry and that was so convenien

Cons:

The pool opening was restricted unfortunately.

Pros:

The servants of this hotel gave me the totally comfortable experience. i polluted the door of toilet on the day i checked in but they cleaned it with high patience. No complaint and no charge.

Superb staff, and a comfortable bed

And facecloths, actual facecloths which are as rare as hens teeth these days

Cons:

The sink stopper did not retain water which is frustrating from an environmental viewpoint

Overall a good recommendation despite the need to travel a little distance
Pros:

Hotel stuff speak good English. Professional with their duties. Super helpful when you need directions and recommendations. They go the extra mile to even call businesses to enquire on my behalf.

Cons:

The hotel is at a business district. A little far from shopping and attractions.

Good Hotel
Pros:

It’s a good hotel in a nice area. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but they served the same food everyday. The area is quiet and next to subway and buses. The staff is nice and helpful.

Cons:

It is a normal Hilton, nothing WOW about it. It was very basic.

The location is near to many nice restaurants and just next to the train station.
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and efficient. Jamie Hwang helped with my check in and he is professional and very detailed. I will stay again next time.
