Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices and everything tasting fresh and delicious. The kids especially enjoyed the beef rice noodles and the ice cream! It was a wonderful way to start the day, and we really appreciated the quality and selection of the breakfast.
The laundry room requires coins, so we need to exchange cash to obtain coins just to use the machines. It would be much more convenient if credit card payment were accepted, or if coins could be provided at the hotel.
Very nice hotel with pool.
Service was excellent.
They really looked after Hilton Honors members which was great as often they can be treated as ordinary guests at hotels.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Gangnam is a lovely hotel conveniently located near the station and close to the airport limousine bus 6009. The beds are comfortable and the entire place is spotless. The breakfast is fantastic especially the coffee. A couple of drawbacks are the low shower pressure, the weak air conditioning and the early 11am check-out. Overall, it’s a very pleasant stay.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by how good it was.
The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. Our room fully met our expectations, and we were impressed with the hotel’s overall facilities.
One feature we especially appreciated was the self-service laundry room on the lower floor. Everything was well organized, easy to use, and the price was very reasonable. The breakfasts were good with a nice selection of food, and we also really enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool. Surprisingly, it was never crowded during our stay, which made it even more relaxing.
The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.
The only minor issue happened during check-in. Our reservation through Agoda included breakfast for all four guests, but at reception we were informed that we needed to pay extra for the children. We contacted Agoda, and they resolved the situation very quickly. It turned out to be a system error on Agoda’s side, and they fully reimbursed the additional breakfast charges. We really appreciated how professionally and efficiently the Agoda support team handled the issue and are grateful for their prompt assistance.

Huone oli tilava ja erittäin siisti, erityisesti kylpyhuone oli tasokas ja sängyt mukavat. Hotellin kattoallas oli mukava lisä.
Aamupala olisi voinut olla monipuolisempi. Uima-altaan sulkuajat vaikuttivat lomailun aikatauluun ja niitä oli aika tiheästi päivän aikana.
the location is perfect close enough to malls , food chains , perfect for short stay . Breakfast has good choices.
we understand the concern for amenities reduction . but do remember that foreigners are expecting at least dental kit to be available along with the bath necessities, after a long flight , some are travelling with families, sometimes travelers do come late in the night too and not to provide this is unacceptable .other than that our stay has been pleasant .
