Emplacement proche de l'autoroute, petit déjeuner varié et bon (et gratuit pour -12 ans), bonne literie, propre, prix très correct. Lit bébé fourni gratuitement.
Parking payant, sinon c'est sur la rue. Personnel à l'accueil la nuit aimable mais un peu expéditif. Il a fallu insister pour avoir deux chambres côte à côte mais ils ont finalement accepté.
Prima locatie, kort aan de snelweg. Alles is keurig verzorgd.
Parkeerplaatsen rondom het hotel is wat beperkt. De parkeergarage is een prima oplossing. Alleen wel tegen betaling.
Sebastiano was one of the only good things about this hotel. The room size was nice as well.
Parking was scarce and parking in the parking garage was EXPENSIVE and a nightmare. The majority of the hotel staff was rude and/ or dismissive. The snacks were extremely overpriced. The room was BARE MINIMUM.
There wasn't even a phone that I could use to contact the front desk. I had to use my phone and go through the booking.com app or I had to go downstairs if u need something. The bathroom layout left a lot to be desired since showering turned the bathroom into a wet slippery mess. The TV was old so I couldn't actually watch anything on it. I could connect it to my phone either so I couldn't stream anything.
Overall, I'd give this hotel a 3 out of 10 and 1 of those stars came from Sebastiano and his willingness to help and positive demeanor. Another star came from the morning front desk host as well. He was also very helpful and pleasant. I don't remember his name.
I will never book with another Holiday Inn-the niu ever again.

The hotel staff is too bad. They behave in a very rude and humiliating way. You would never feel secure in this Hotel. Apart from that, do not make any partial or full payment before your reservation date. There are deficiencies in the data storage and security system. All your personal data can be leaked by third parties. I have faced this fact. All my personal information has been stolen and is being used by third parties through WhatsApp messages. In these conditions, neither the Hotel nor Booking.com takes responsibility, and you stay alone without any help either from the Hotel or from Booking.com. I wrote my complaint to the Hotel and Booking.com based on GDPR items 15, 33, 34, and have not received a reply yet. Even your credit card information can be stolen by hackers. This also happened to me, and some transactions were made without my notice. Fortunately, the security department at my bank informed me and closed my card. Thus, do not make any pre-payment to that Hotel with your card, even via. Booking.com. There is an IBIS Styles Hotel very close, and I prefer to stay there instead of this Hotel.

Cep telefonu bilgim dahil tüm kişisel verilerim üçüncü şahıslar tarafından ele geçirildi ve kullanılmaya başlandı. Bu konuda GDPR Madde 15, 33, 34 uyarınca şikayeti Otele ve Booking.com'a yazdım ve cevap alamadım. Ne otel ne de booking.com bu konuda sorumluluk almayıp sizi yalnız bırakıyorlar. Kart bilgileriniz de üçüncü şahısların eline geçebilir. Benim kart bilgilerim de başkalarının eline geçti ve bilgim dışında çekimler oldu ve bankam uyararak kartımı kapattı. Breakfast should have lactose free products. In 2026 it should not be a premium hotel feature only
Excellent staff and room was clean and close to station so getting around was very easy.

A nice, clean hotel in general with a friendly staff which did their best and good breakfasts. It's basically better than my overall note, but the issues we experienced made me to rate it a bit lower - I believe it was just bad luck. Without the problems listed below I would easily give a solid 8.
Even though we arrived on time, our room was already given to someone else - it took around half an hour to organize a new one, and... I had to ask for another one. The room was on the back side of the building - unfortunately the noise coming from the S-Bahn nearby was not acceptable for my son with noise sensitivity. Took some time again, but the staff managed to find a solution, and I really appreciate it. The biggest problem appeared before my arrival and has nothing to do with the facility itself - there was probably some data leak from the booking system, I experienced several scam attempts from someone go got my first and last name, hotel name, reservation number and dates. Of course I reported it to Booking and got a call from customer support, who tried to convince me, that it was my fault because I "clicked something in the Internet". Well, in the hotel lobby I met another people affected by the same issue. Also, I had other future Bookings back then and this was the only one which leaked. I was offered a free breakfast as a compensation, but as I already booked and paid one... I couldn't use it.
