Pros:

Thank you for allow us to pay separate traveling pet fee. We had went to a Hilton an fid let us psy this separate....room not large but there was a table for at least three of us to eat and the refrigerator held all we needed to keep cool and a adequate freezer to refreeze our cold packs...nice breakfast..

Front desk help?
Pros:

Everything was relatively clean and it was a nicely kept hotel. My complaint is that we called the front desk and asked for them to come clean the room and give us more towels and no one came. Then when we tried to call them back later, no one was at the front desk the entire day on Saturday to answer our calls. I even called the property on their main number, and no one answered. We didn’t have fresh towels after the first night.
