Amazing stay, fantastic staff and amenities!
Pros:

Our stay at the W Rome was amazing! The team were SO lovely and everyone was extremely accommodating. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, to help us with everything that we needed and to answer all our questions. Specifically, Mamadou was THE BEST! He is extremely friendly, welcoming and gave us fantastic recommendations. He really went above and beyond, along with the rest of the team. In addition, the facilities are amazing and the hotel is picturesque! Thank you so much to everyone at the W Rome! We will be back soon!

Sympathique et bien situé
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé, juste derrière la Piazza di Spagna, on peut faire tout Rome à pieds ou presque !
Palazzo redécoré avec énormément de goût. Tout est magnifique !
Le restaurant et la salle de sport sont sublimes.
Le rooftop idem, encore plus lors des beaux jours j’imagine :)
Staff sympathique

Cons:

Chambres assez petites, on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans les couloirs (notamment les parents qui laissent HURLER leurs enfants dans les couloirs le soir … une bonne éducation ça ne s’achète pas …)
La piscine du rooftop ressemble plus à une pataugeoire qu’une vraie piscine, mais c’est un détail.
