Pros:

Tout était très bien , juste petit bémol sur le restaurant où j’ai beaucoup attendu en étant tout seul , j’ai l’impression de ne pas être la priorité , tout les clients ont été servi avant moi , j’ai trouvé ça gênant

A comfortable stay, but disappointing food
Pros:

We liked the large room size, the pool and being able to refill water. The rooms were clean on arrival.

Cons:

The food at the restaurant was a big letdown, we had two drinks that weren’t drinkable and two meals were far too spicy to eat. The pool doesn’t have a ladder or stairs, so be careful if you have accessibility issues. We also didn’t get clean glasses when they cleaned the room, which we found strange. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, and the hot water quickly ran out.

Heerlijk hotel
Pros:

Een mooi hotel met luxe uitstraling.
Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Mogelijkheid om te paardrijden.

Cons:

Eten in het restaurant was prima, ontbijtbuffet zag er ook prachtig uit, persoonlijk zagen de zoete lekkernijen er lekkerder uit dan dat ze waren.

Omdat er weinig andere hotels in de buurt zijn met zwembad vind ik het voor Indonesische standaarden in verhouding wat duur.

Beautiful place to stay in!
Pros:

We like the compound, looked new though it’s already 5 years old. The resort was quiet, beautiful, clean and pleasant. The service was good and gave us a free shuttle to airport. We will book again if we are there. 💙

Cons:

We could not watch channels that required smart TV.

Buen servicio y limpieza, pero con aspectos importantes a mejorar
Pros:

lo mejor es el personal, que es sumamente amable y atento. Las habitaciones están impecables y el servicio de transporte es excelente: puntuales y efectivos sin importar la hora.

Cons:

hay varios puntos que empañaron la experiencia:
Bienestar animal: Nos entristeció ver caballos encerrados en espacios muy reducidos. Aunque se nota que los alimentan, se les ve frustrados y sin libertad de movimiento. Es algo que el hotel debería reconsiderar seriamente.


Área de piscina: Muy ruidosa. Aceptan personas externas al hotel y había demasiados niños gritando; si buscas relajarte, es casi imposible en ese ambiente.
Gastronomía: El desayuno y algunas comidas tiene mucho margen de mejora y los cócteles no nos convencieron (especialmente el mojito de pitahaya).
Spa: Quisimos un masaje en pareja y solo tenían un masajista disponible. Cuando consiguieron al segundo al día siguiente, ya se nos habían quitado las ganas.
Lavandería: Los precios por pieza son extremadamente elevados. Fue error nuestro no preguntar antes, pero el costo nos pareció exagerado.
