The room was spacious and the outside lawn was maintained well. The pool is big sized with a separate pool for kids. Their badminton court is the highlight of the property since its an indoor one & well-maintained. They also provide badminton raquets & shuttle to the guests.
The room size was big however the AC was insufficient to cool the room. Basic facilities like no.of towels, glasses, tea cups were not kept ready despite knowing the no.of guests & exact check-in time. Even with multiple follow-ups, the staff missed sending all items in one-go. The food was below-par with onion pakodas being soggy and biryani rice not cooked fully. On closer look, the cleanliness was compromised. Water flow in common washrooms was unreliable. Sauna did not work and we asked to switch on the jacuzzi, but the staff did not pay attention to the same. The pump in the swimming pool was not switched on which gave us skin rash.
The property is no more maintained properly, I used to travel this location frequently because of its ambience but this time the experience was horrible. Won't prefer to go again ever.
