Pros:

Adults Only war perfekt, es gab immer genügend Handtücher am Pool, schöne Poollandschaft. Tolles Personal im ganzen Hotel, alles sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Der Ausblick von der Juniorsuite im 2. Stock war nicht berauschend. Das Frühstück hat keine 5 Sterne (lange Wartezeiten, Eigerichte kalt) Die Bar schließt um 12 Uhr.

Excellent Hotel & Staf
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

From the moment you arrive, the hotel has a wonderful luxury feel. The entrance, lobby and pool area are beautiful and very well maintained. We received a warm welcome at reception, and throughout our stay the service was excellent.

Our room was very comfortable, with a lovely bed, spotless and comfortable bedding, and plenty of good-quality towels. Housekeeping was exceptional — everything was cleaned thoroughly and consistently, and the housekeeping team were always so friendly, welcoming and smiling. It genuinely made a difference.

There was also more than enough storage space, with plenty of room to hang clothes and dresses as well as lots of drawers. The room was thoughtfully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, tissue box and two bathrobes. We also loved the balcony, which had a nice seating area with comfortable, clean chairs — perfect for enjoying the view.

The buffet was superb. Every evening had a different theme, with a fantastic variety of delicious food. There are also three à la carte restaurants, and Immenso and Nocturne were absolutely fabulous. The food and service at both were excellent.

The pool area was another highlight, with towel service provided, plenty of comfort and beautiful views. If you can, I would definitely recommend booking a pool-side view on the third floor or higher — the views are lovely.

There is also free parking, which was very convenient. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants just a 1–10 minute walk away, and the centre & harbour are also within walking distance.

We chose half board and definitely felt it was worth it. We were pleasantly surprised that wine and beer were included as well, which made the experience even better.

Overall, everything was well organised, clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained, with genuinely friendly service throughout.

Cons:

There were a few things that could be improved, although overall we had a fantastic stay.

The pool area and sunbeds were probably our biggest disappointment. The pool-bed area is quite small, which means the beds are positioned very close together. If you happen to have very chatty neighbours, it can feel a little crowded and you don't get much privacy. The beds are assigned for the entire stay, subject to availability, so unfortunately you cannot choose another spot later on. Only to check daily to see if there is better availability.

We would have loved to enjoy lunch and drinks at the pool bar, but because the view from our bed was mostly of other guests directly in front of us, it wasn't particularly relaxing. We ended up going to a beach bar outside the hotel instead. If you're lucky enough to get one of the beds directly in front of the pool, you've definitely struck gold! Unfortunately, those beds were occupied throughout our entire stay.

The rooms are comfortable and a good size, not too big, not too small, but a few details are starting to need some maintenance and replacement. For example, the mirror in our room had some brown stains and could do with being replaced. The wooden panel underneath the fridge also showed signs of moisture damage and would benefit from replacement. These are small details, but taking care of them would make the rooms feel even more polished.

Of the restaurants, Fortalana was the least impressive for us. The food was quite salty, the service felt rushed, and unfortunately the dishes lacked the flavour we experienced elsewhere in the hotel. This was very much the exception, as the other dining experiences were excellent.

One suggestion for the hotel: Immenso and Fortalana is such a beautiful space, and it would be wonderful if it could be used as a lounge or cocktail area when the restaurant is closed.

מלון יפהפה, חדש, נקי, צוות נהדר- תמיד עם חיוך, עם רצון לעזור, סופר נחמדים. גם הניקיון של החדרים מצויין. בבריכה יש מקומות קבועים וגם שם הצוות מאד יעיל ואדיב. המיקום של המלון ממש טוב, קרוב למלון יש חנויות ומסעדות וגם החוף נמצא כמה דקות הליכה ברגל. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת.

Cons:

כמה דברים קטנים: המים בבריכות קרים מידי- גם בחוץ וגם במקורה. השירותים של הבריכה החיצונית רחוקים- צריך לרדת קומה אחת למטה. האוכל בארוחת ערב בחדר האוכל טעון שיפור.

Paradijs waar we volgend jaar opnieuw naar toe gaan!

We waren hier voor de 3e keer. Het is een geweldig hotel. Ontbijt, de kamer, de bedden, het zwembad en de gereserveerde bedjes.. Alles is paradijselijk. Speciale dank aan Michal, hij maakte er een vip experience van met zijn uitstekende service. Je bent een kanjer!

Cons:

Enige is dat we gerookt mag worden op de bedjes bij het zwembad. Dat zou wat ons betreft niet hoeven. Laat mensen onder de overkapping roken, dat scheelt overlast (2 astma patiënten dus wij ervaren daar echt last van).

Great hotel and staff - Thank you very much Inna!
Pros:

Amazing hotel and the staff were very nice, even though we had to leave early, they did everything they could to help us. The room is great and comfy bed, we got chocolate cake and even champagne upon our arrival. Overall an excellent experience and we will definitely come back.
