Rex Quang Binh Hotel

各種旅行サイト等には複数のレストランと売店の表記があったのですが、到着日の夜に探しましたがやっているところを見つけられませんでした。
客室フロアの廊下が薄暗く、また空調が効いていないので暑かったです。
ただ、受付の方はとてもフレンドリーでした。また朝食ビュッフェは想像以上に品数が豊富で、美味しかったです。
朝食のレストランは高層階にあり、ドンホイの街並みが見下ろせて気持ちがよかった。
部屋もかなり広く、我々の滞在目的には充分なサービスでした。

Although it isn't a biggie, some of the products promised weren't delivered on, e.g. no welcome drinks. Cold coffee on both mornings we were there, breakfast was good but not fantastic.
Seperate towls not supplied automatically for the pool but were delived promptly when asked for. Pool was small and very refreshing(colder than most). Very clean but quite noisy in the morning with garden music coming up to our room. Remote had flat batteries so we got one given to us from another room again promptly. Walking options around the hotel a bit limited so be ready to taxi or grab. Good for a couple of nights.

Very poor service very cheap hotel bed breakfast charge you for every small thing I wouldn’t suggest to go there anymore

1. Bath tub plug at junior suite does not work (got stuck and cannot open or close). Caused the bath tub to be filled with dirty bath water that does not drain. Happened twice. Service technician came twice to fix because we complained twice. To avoid a third time because we were so sick of a lack of a properly functioning bath tub, we removed the draining plug ourselves to prevent the plug from being jammed. Male Receptionist in white refused to change room for us. Disgusting experience.

Our room was clean and spacious although we would have preferred 1 queen bed. We like that they provided rubber slippers instead of the cloth ones and their wifi has a fast connection. They also assisted us for our luggages from when we arrived until checking out.The free buffet breakfast was really nice, there were many Vietnamese dish selections so we were excited to try them all and they taste very good!

Really nice hotel for the price, staff friendly, and convenient as 3 restaurants, 2 coffee, karaoke…etc right in hotel.

Subject: Feedback on Recent Stay at Rex Quảng Bình

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my experience, which, unfortunately, was disappointing.

First and foremost, the toilet in room 1011 - This is a family room - had a very unpleasant and persistent smell, seemingly coming from the waste collector. It was so overwhelming that it felt like I was sleeping in a garbage room. This issue seriously affected the comfort and quality of my stay.

Additionally, during breakfast service, I encountered a staff member at the soup station who was notably unfriendly. Her attitude toward guests came across as dismissive, if not outright rude. Whether this was due to her demeanor or simply a lack of customer service training, it left a negative impression.

To make matters worse, my brother developed a stomachache shortly after consuming an egg from the breakfast buffet. While we cannot confirm the cause with certainty, this incident raised concerns about food hygiene and safety standards at your establishment.

Based on this experience, I regret to say that I will not be returning to Rex Quảng Bình Hotel in the future. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work toward improving the overall guest experience.

Modern hotel with huge rooms. Friendly staff and reasonable breakfast. It was very good value.
The hotel was located a bit in the middle of nowhere, but only 10-15 minute walk to town. Soundproofing could be improved

Stayed here for 3 nights while doing a couple of day trips to the national park. Room (king suite) was extremely spacious and well appointed. We were on the 10th floor and on floor 15 there is a karaoke bar and it was like they were singing in our room. The good news was it shut down early.

We had a nice stay at this hotel with a spacious and modern room. The breakfast was very Asian orientated, so only a few choices for continental. We didn't mind that, however the coffe was really bad one day and undrinkable the next morning. And that after two weeks in Vietnam, knowing that the coffee is different from the European.

Only issue was on checking out, the receptionist received a photo of a flannel I'd used to wipe the balcony clean from a chambermaid, and seemed to want financial compensation from me for using it this way. This spoiled what had up to then been a perfect stay in the hotel. I paid nothing, and left in a huff.

Excellent hotel, only slight problem was sink plug not holding water, and balcony in need of wiping clean.
