Ich hab mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr schönes sauberes modernes Hotel. Frühstück war sehr gut. Personal alle sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts. Hier sind eher Optimierungsvorschläge. Für mich persönlich fehlten laktosefreie Produkte beim Frühstück. Vielleicht könnte man eine Beschilderung am Eingang anbringen damit man Anreisende wissen wo man parken kann. Das war etwas nervig das Parkhaus zu finden! Da kein einziges Schild angebracht war.
Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel, allerdings hat die Platzierung einer Bibel neben dem Bett für mich nicht ganz zum modernen Ambiente gepasst.

ja ficamos outras vezes e sempre muito agradavel, era domingo de pascoa e o cafe da manha estava mega especial, bem familiar, muitos colaboradores atendendo, foi um cafe de pascoa bem diferente! o quarto e escelente, cama confortavel, travesseiros.... sempre um prazer ficar aqui!

Die Ausstattung des Hotels war gut, jedoch empfand ich die Bedingungen und den Umgang insgesamt als weniger angenehm.
Cons:

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch möchte ich einige Punkte ansprechen, die ich als weniger angenehm empfunden habe.

Zum einen fand ich den Umgang mit der Kaution etwas unglücklich. Die Art und Weise, wie dies kommuniziert wurde, hat bei mir eher das Gefühl vermittelt, dass den Gästen wenig Vertrauen entgegengebracht wird. Zudem wurde die Kaution erst nach mehreren Tagen wieder auf mein Konto zurückgebucht, was ich als nicht optimal empfunden habe. Eine freundlichere und transparentere Erklärung hätte hier sicherlich zu einem besseren ersten Eindruck beigetragen.

Zum anderen habe ich das Verhalten des Personals beim Check-in als recht distanziert und sehr sachlich erlebt. Freundlichkeit und ein herzliches Willkommen haben mir leider gefehlt. Auch bei Rückfragen hätte ich mir einen offeneren und zugewandteren Umgang gewünscht.

Ich bin überzeugt, dass mit kleinen Verbesserungen im Umgang mit den Gästen das Gesamterlebnis deutlich angenehmer gestaltet werden kann.

Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Super Service, sehr schöne Bar um abends gemütlich zusammenzusitze n. Unser Sohn lobte das Gym. Frühstück wirklich hervorragend.

Cons:

Temperatur im Zimmer. Fenster nicht zu öffnen (stickig - wäre aber erträglich gewesen). Temperatur trotz niedrigster Einstellung 23°-24° - viel zu warm zu schlafen! Wir waren als Gruppe unterwegs und es gab auch Zimmer , in denen man das Fenster öffnen konnte. Wenn man so eines bekommt, ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

Würzburg ist eine Reise wert, Entfernung vom Hotel in die City zumutbar.
Pros:

Hat an nichts gefehlt,kann man nur weiterempfehlen! Gerne wieder.Tiefgaragenstellplatz zu teuer, muss man ja nicht buchen. Hat zwar draußen gestanden aber dafür kostenlos, 3min vom Hotel entfernt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte nur ein Fenster, wenig natürlicher Lichteinfall. An der Glasduschtür sollte man einen Haken anbringen für Handtuch, wer Ihn dann nicht nutzt, freie Entscheidung.
