Nicht mehr so gut wie vor einem Jahr

Hotel Nahe Hauptbahnhof gelegen. Gute Betten

Cons:

Ich war früher gerne und oft Gast hier, kann das Hotel aber nicht mehr empfehlen: Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt (Schimmel in der Dusche, siehe Bilder), in vielen Bereichen des Service ist zu wenig Personal: haben nach 30 Min Warten an der Bar aufgegeben, auch beim Checkout: lange Warteschlangen. Schade

Als 's nachts iemand je kamer op loopt is raar en onveilig. Maar het wel een mooi hotel.

Prachtig hotel. Niets mis mee.

Cons:

We moesten lang wachten voor het inchecken. Het systeem was kapot. Uiteindelijk eerst gaan eten. Maar na die tijd nog steeds problemen. Ze hebben ons binnen gelaten met masterkey. Maar niet doorgegeven aan de receptie voor de volgende ochtend. Die wisten nergens van. allemaal niet echt vervelend. Wat wel heel erg was is dat er midden in de nacht om 3.30uur de deur ineens open ging iemand het licht aan deed. Die schrok blijkbaar en trok snel de deur weer dicht. Dat ben je klaar wakker en voelt je niet erg veilig. De receptioniste reageerde de volgende ochtend met slecht 'oh, dat is raar" en sprak er vervolgens met geen woord meer over. we zijn maar afgedropen naar huis.

Schönes großes Zimmer - gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig, allerdings mussten wir 20 Minuten warten, bis wir einen Platz für 3 Personen ergattert hatten (Sonntag). Familienzimmer groß und stylisch eingerichtet - sehr schön!

Cons:

Das "Stockbett" ist sehr chic, aber eher für Kinder gedacht - man kommt als älterer Mensch nicht gut runter, es gibt oben kein Leselicht, oben ist es recht warm. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft aus unserer Sicht recht teuer - auch das Frühstück und die Parkgebühren im Parkhaus.

War für zwei Nächte in Ordnung
Pros:

Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken auf dem Frühstücksbüfett ist vielfältig. Die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Temperatur und die Schallisolierung der Fenster ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Personal ist mehrheitlich unfreundlich. Restaurantbereich zu klein. Zu wenig Kleiderhaken im Zimmer. Toilette und Dusche sind nur durch jeweils eine Glastür vom eigentlichen Zimmer getrennt.

Sehr gutes Übernachtungserlebnis - Extras nicht genutzt (nicht bewertbar)
Pros:

Sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet!
Wasserspender am Flur zum selbst nachfüllen! Allerdings war "Sparkling" leer.
Parkhaus verfügbar!

Cons:

Parkhaus sehr teuer!!!!

Trotzdem gern wieder

Sehr übersichtlich, modern eingerichtet

Cons:

Check in dauerte einfach zu lang, obwohl alles vorlag … es wurde gefragt, ob Einzel bzw Doppelbett, was mir aber egal war, da die Reise mit dem Sohn war

Überhöhte Preise an der SB-Zone ( z. B. für eine Dose Cola 6,49€ )

Locatie prima, ook de parkeergarage, voldoende voor de prijs

Cons:

Tijdens de heenreis konden wij ontbijt voor 25 euro bij boeken en toen wij op de terugreis dit opnieuw wilden doen wilde de receptionist 55 euro in rekening brengen. Toen ik dit aangaf wilde hij hier niets van weten en hebben we het ontbijt niet genomen. Heel dom van hem want de ontbijtzaal was nog niet halfvol op maandag morgen. Ook de manier waarop hij hier horkerig mee omging beviel ons allerminst.

Für uns war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, weil der Hauptbahnhof und die City gut zu erreichen sind. Das Frühstück war ok. Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Vom Nachbarhotel her ist es ziemlich laut. Da wir ein teureres Eckzimmer gebucht hatten, haben wir die Lautstärke der Nachbarn mitbekommen. Im Hotel selbst ist es sehr ruhig.
