Pros:

Excellent location for a downtown Chicago visit. Fresh, modern, clean & friendly hotel close to airport, shops & restaurants. An easy 30 min drive will get you to the Millennium Parking garages - don’t forget to book them for $20/day in advance.

Cons:

You need a car the moment you step out of the front door for dinner or shopping. Unfortunately, it’s not a walkable area at all.

I would come back.
Pros:

I loved the cleanliness & very good hospitality from staff.

Cons:

The breakfast didn’t have much to choose from. I was on the second floor so it was pretty noisy at night. The pool is freezing cold.
