Bed was exceptionally comfy. Room was fine.

Cons:

This hotel does not currently have an airport shuttle as other sites might claim. I called four times from the airport to check on the shuttle availability and no one picked up the phone. Breakfast is ok, nothing outstanding. There are no sidewalks available around the hotel to get to restaurants, so crossing the street was an adventure.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was quite small and locked basic amenities such as regular microwave, coffee maker or even bottled water.

Communication with the housekeeping stuff was difficult as they did not speak English and overall customer service from the personnel was not cooperative or helpful.

The pet policy was also very unclear. During booking, it only stated that charges may apply but did not specify the amount. When I arrived, I was unexpectedly told I needed to pay $100 dollars. I was not prepared for this. I travel with two very small dogs and many hotels either waive the fee or charged for only one pet, but this hotel insisted on the full charge without any flexibility.

Breakfast was also disappointing. The selection was very limited with no vegetables available. Additionally, housekeeping stuff were eating in the breakfast area alongside guest, which felt unprofessional.

Overall there are many other hotels that offer better value, clearer policies and better service. I recommend considering other options before booking here.

Pros:

Amenities and that there was cable.very clean and the staff was kind and accommodating

No microwave in the room the first room I had had no refrigerator but the next one did
