施設が新しい。
部屋からプールまでのアクセスが楽。
ベビーガードやベビーベッドのレンタルがあり、親切。
ブッフェが美味しい。ラウンジはお得感がある。

スライダーなどはない。
清掃が完璧とは言えないが、グアムの中ではかなり綺麗な方。
