ロケーションは良かったです

Cons:

家具や、コーヒーマシンなどに埃が溜まっており、タオルには毛が何本もついていました。
交換をお願いしたく、フロントに電話をしたが日本語対応できるスタッフがいなかった。

何とか交換に来てくれましたが、その後、謝罪もなく大変不愉快でした。
何十回とグアムに来て、色んなグレード、スタイルのホテルに泊まりましたが、これほど値段に見合わないのは初めてでした

何もせずにのんびりと過ごせたのでよかった

清潔で部屋も広く静かだった
噴水ショーも綺麗だった
バルコニーが広く快適

Cons:

バスルームの設計が少し使いづらかった
3日間ラウンジを利用したが、ラウンジのフードメニューに代わり映えがなく飽きた
ネットフリックスが映らなかった
米がまずかった
