ロケーションは良かったです

Cons:

家具や、コーヒーマシンなどに埃が溜まっており、タオルには毛が何本もついていました。
交換をお願いしたく、フロントに電話をしたが日本語対応できるスタッフがいなかった。

何とか交換に来てくれましたが、その後、謝罪もなく大変不愉快でした。
何十回とグアムに来て、色んなグレード、スタイルのホテルに泊まりましたが、これほど値段に見合わないのは初めてでした

何もせずにのんびりと過ごせたのでよかった
Pros:

清潔で部屋も広く静かだった
噴水ショーも綺麗だった
バルコニーが広く快適

Cons:

バスルームの設計が少し使いづらかった
3日間ラウンジを利用したが、ラウンジのフードメニューに代わり映えがなく飽きた
ネットフリックスが映らなかった
米がまずかった

ゆっくり楽しめました。
Pros:

朝食は種類も多く美味しくいただきました。お風呂・シャワーの水量・お湯の温かさ、トイレ水回りも問題なしでした。洗濯はG階（ロビー階の下）に洗濯機３台+別に乾燥機３台あり。比較的空いていて、容量も大きく使い勝手が良かった。クラブラウンジで夕日を見ながらの軽食は最高でした。ラウンジのスタッフの方（特に日本語が上手な陽気な男性）は親切でよかったです。有難うございました。

Cons:

クラブラウンジのメニューがほぼ固定なので、変化があると嬉しかった。

수영장도 너무 작고 헬스장등 여러시설을 구비하지 않은채로 오래된 니꼬 호텔 시설을 같이 사용하는데 어이가 없었고 로비에 에어컨도 거의안틀어두고 여러면레서 비용절감을하는 운영방식을보면서 내가 이돈을 내고 왜 왔지 싶었음
