L'emplacement,et la décoration de l'hôtel.

O colchão e as almofadas revelaram-se bastante desconfortáveis — passámos a noite a acordar e acabámos com dores nas costas. Sendo este um dos pontos mais importantes numa estadia, ficámos um pouco descontentes com esta parte do serviço. De resto, tudo impecável, digno de 6 estrelas!

I traveled with my daughter, who has a disability, and for us comfort and accessibility are not just preferences — they are essential. From the very beginning, the hotel team did everything possible to make our stay smooth, safe, and comfortable. Every request we had was met with care, understanding, and genuine willingness to help.
The staff here is simply outstanding — attentive, kind, and incredibly professional. You can feel that they truly care about their guests, and that makes all the difference.
The hotel itself is very comfortable, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. And the spa is absolutely incredible — a perfect place to relax and recharge. It became a special highlight of our stay.
Thank you for creating such a welcoming and supportive environment for families like ours. We felt truly cared for, and we will definitely come back.
