Pros:

We like the spaciousness and the amenities like washing machine and bathroom dryer (plus instructions to use appliances). We especially like that it’s peaceful! we liked how friendly Taka was, he was very helpful to us. Also allowing our luggage, I know Japan is easy on this but just they allow our luggage after check out so we can pick it up (night flight). Location is great, close to Metro and JR station. Flat and nice walk to Akihabara/Asakusa which can be convenient during peak train times. A few konbini nearby.

Cons:

The fridge makes a very loud sound. I think its just old fridge. there were nights we couldn’t sleep 😂. (Note - Staff were nice taking feedback!)

Pros:

Great locaion by Ueno station, quiet rooms, good to have washer in the room, also liked having instructions to use everything in the room. staff were helpful with arranging luggage collection, more pillows, general advice. So much in the area. Kitchenette was well set up.

Cons:

Because there was no carpet, when we sat on the bed against the wall, the bed always slid out from the wall. Maybe could use some grippy stoppers on the legs.

Perfect stay in the heart of Tokyo
Pros:

The location is perfect, just a 5 mins walk to Ueno station. There are a lot of nice restaurants and convenience stores around. The room is way larger than most hotel rooms in Tokyo and it is very well equipped. There is a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The AC worked perfectly. I was very impressed by the fact that the shower can be converted into a clothes dryer - this is so efficient and smart. The toiletries were of a very good quality. The room was clean, the bed really comfy, with nice and clean linen and pillows. The staff was very nice and polite. We were able to take 2 umbrellas for free from the reception which we returned at the end of the day.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of, we really enjoyed our stay at Aima Hotel.

また泊まりたいです。
Pros:

駅から近く、飲食店やコンビニも近く、立地が最高でした。スタッフさんもとても丁寧で安心できました。お部屋はとても清潔で、キッチンや洗濯機があり、床はフローリングでトイレとお風呂が別、独立洗面台も使いやすかったです。また必ずリピートしたいホテルです。

Pros:

地點不錯，服務人員英語很好可以溝通，雖然洗衣機沒有烘衣功能，但浴室有乾燥空調，洗完用涼在浴室吹隔天早上就乾了。過個大馬路就是阿美橫丁一堆居酒屋的地方。每天都可以領取毛浴巾和水這點很棒。

Pros:

Location was excellent, just a short walk across the pedestrian bridge to Ueno Station. Room and facility was very clean, comfortable beds and the shared umbrellas provided were very nice.

Cons:

The triple room was a bit small but still met our needs for a few nights stay with 5 people. Wish there was room to sit and eat in the kitchen area.
