OK für ein paar Nächte.
Pros:

Alles sehr sauber und relativ neu. Schnelles Internet, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Beim Checkin muss man ein Google Formular mit relativ vielen Daten ausfüllen, keiner weiss wo die liegen oder wie geschützt die sind. Zusätzlich wird ein Fotos des Ausweises verlangt.

Lovely and memorable
Pros:

Clean, large, well appointed rooms.
Excellent location next to Ueno station and many shopping and dining options within a couple of minutes walk. In room laundry and kitchenette were a definite plus.
We would definitely stay here again when we are back in Tokyo.
