Comfortable, clean and great location
Pros:

Staff were lovely and arranged early check in, great after flying in at 6am after an all night flight! Location was great, close to convenience stores and station, loads of places to eat nearby, short walk to Ameyoko Markets.

Cons:

Room was very small, so not much space to move about but this is normal in Japan and we only bought backpacks so it was fine.

Ottima soluzione nel centro di Tokyo
Pros:

Un piccolo appartamento nel cuore di Tokyo vicinissimo alla stazione di Ueno. Comodo e confortevole, con tutto il necessario anche la lavatrice e una piccola cucina.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is very central and convenient with easy access to train station and subway lines. The staff is very helpful to our needs and very accommodating. The room is although a bit narrow for 4 adults but not really a problem as we were out everyday. Hotel Aima is highly recommended for those travelling with family.

Pros:

I did not get the breakfast from the hotel. I love the location, it was 2-3min Ueno station exit 3. There were 2-3 convenience stores 2 mins away. The room is big, it has a washing machine, the bathtub was a bit small but it was ok. Everything is working well. The location of the hotel is in the back of the main street so this part of ueno is very quiet but walking distance to a lot of establishments.

Cons:

The sofa bed was not very comfortable. Some of the pillows were not very fluffy.

Ruim appartement met keuken, badkamer en apart toilet. Ongekend groot voor tokio, vooral voor deze prijs.

Small but equipped room
Pros:

Staff were very helpful - helped with microwave settings, stove setup, etc.

Cons:

It still was a small room for family. Also, reaching ueno station from hotel was not straight forward as we had to take stairs to cross the road and path underground leading to elevator was a longer path.

地點絕佳，上野車站及skyline都近，步行方便，搬動行李仔細尋找附近皆有電梯，逛街附近便利。房間內部附有洗衣機及洗衣精，廁所乾燥系統對有洗衣需求旅客十分友善，冰箱及微波爐，煮飯亦方便。
