LUMA Hotel San Francisco

Beautiful, stunning and modern, with just the right touch of whimsy to create a cozy atmosphere in a high-tech environment. As a solo disabled traveler, this hotel has excelled at meeting the requirements of the ADA, not only the technical provisions but the staff is well trained, friendly and accommodating. The property and room were immaculate. I give this hotel the highest recommendation to anyone looking for an amazing experience at an incredible value.

I wanted to write a review in gratitude of this amazing place. My daughter and I stayed here for the Billie Eilish concert and they made is seamless. The staff are SO accommodating and friendly. There were a lot of people staying here, but they really have managing the crowds down to a science. When we arrived, they had vallet out in the road along the line of cars, greating us and starting the process. The room was so beautiful with fun technology and beautiful views. We had dinner on the rooftop with even more views and fast service. (We accidentally got into the wrong elevator for the restaurant, but a staff member was with us and used his card to take us to the top). The walk to the show was quick and easy. After we saw the trams packed full of people and the long traffic lines from the windows of the room all night, we were sooo happy we had a short walk back. When we returned, there were really long lines for the elevator, but they opened up the service elevator and got us up to our room quickly. They even had a yummy snack bar open for late night treats and wine. In the morning we had our first robot breakfast delivery, which was SO fun and a highlight of our trip. Thank you for a great Mom and Daughter night!!

The customer service here is the best! I accidentally booked the wrong type of room for my fiancés birthday and thankfully they had another one available and they were so quick to help! It was seamless! Thank you for the front desk team!!

We had an amazing stay at the LUMA Hotel San Francisco and couldn’t have been more impressed. The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The rooftop restaurant was fantastic, and the café in the lobby was a great spot to start the day.
The location is unbeatable and just a short walk to see a basketball or baseball game, plus easy access to downtown shopping and dining. Our suite was chic and modern, with beautiful bathrooms and a very comfortable bed. We also had an incredible view overlooking the city and the bay, which made the stay even more special. One of the highlights was having Lucie the robot deliver our room service, such a fun and unforgettable experience.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend LUMA Hotel to anyone visiting San Francisco.

I loved the rooftop restaurant, the people, staff and everything. The hotel was very clean, and very welcoming, I really enjoyed my stay. And when I got back I will be staying there again

The service was …don’t use this word very often…Superb 🌟Chris at the front desk takes his job very seriously, friendly professional, but personable manner. The hotel is beautiful. It’s in a beautiful location. Stayed two nights will definitely stay again. We stayed on the 14th floor and the view was amazing. Honestly, the best hotel today I’ve had in a while and I travel frequently.

We headed to the city for a holiday get-away away with tickets for Cirque du Soleil and the Warriors. This was our first stay at the Luma, and we can't wait to return! 10/10!! Fantastic location, excellent service, super clean rooms and comfy beds. Also, they serve truly the best coffee and lattes in their Cafe. We can't wait to return.

The location is fantastic with great walks directly from the hotel. Walked to Chase Center for a Warriors game and also along the water to the ferry building for delicious food stalls. The room was very clean and the blackout blinds great for sleeping in. Staff was friendly and kept us informed on great ways to spend our stay.

What a great hotel!! Everything is accounted for and it has a beautiful location :-) our teenage kids loved it and so did we!

Lee was incredibly hospitable and the property is beautiful. Great location, friendly staff, and wonderful atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend. Room was clean, sleek, and made it easy to relax and get away.

Great service, they gave us an early check in and upgraded our room. We were in town for a warriors game. Room was very clean, nice beds, super comfortable. All around great. Highly recommend! Especially for a warriors or giants game, super close to stadium.

I stayed here with my family and the Front Desk team (Guest Curators) were truly remarkable. They were not just efficient, but highly attentive and personalized our check-in, handling requests with grace and making us feel like valued guests. This high-touch service is world-class. A special shout out to Joy, Arwen, Norily, and Janet! 
The hotel’s modern design is stunning. Everything felt new, clean, and thoughtfully curated. Our room was spotless, featuring a minimalist aesthetic with crisp linens.

Perfect location for events in the area. Most things are within walking distance. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were greeted and helped by staff in shared spaces within the hotel. The general manager made himself available in the lobby near the elevators. He greeted everyone, helped with calling the elevators, and made friendly conversation without being overly invasive. The area in and around the hotel was bustling with folks attending events, but the noise level within the hotel was more than comfortable.
We stayed one night to attend a work Christmas party nearby. We would likely stay here again when we return to the City.

Loved my stay at LUMA Hotel for a work trip. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, the rooms are spacious, quiet, and impeccably clean, and the location couldn’t be better—right along the Embarcadero for runs/walks and close to great coffee, food, and fitness spots. The concierge team made everything feel effortless. I would come back here again when visiting SF for pleasure.

I stayed at LUMA for two nights with family and it was a wonderful experience! They weren't open the last time I was in San Francisco (2021), but it will be our family's go to hotel when visiting SF. My daughter lives in the area so that makes it even more convenient.

We had two rooms with two KING beds. Where do you see two king beds?! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the service is superb. We were checked in by Janet and Ricky who were so friendly.

Location is wonderful. Some of my family members easily walked to the Chase Center. There is public transportation right outside to go there as well if you're not up for walking.

They have their own coffee shop in the lobby. Coffee was great. Also had the breakfast burritos which were good. However, there are several places nearby that are great. Definitely Arsicaualt for pastries!

Overall it was just a really relaxing two nights after a long week and a half of traveling. Everything was so seamless and location made things even easier. My sister who travels often for business is putting LUMA at the top of her recommendations list to her colleagues when visiting SF.

Sf’s best new hotel hands down. Spotless, new, stylish. The views are stunning and the service is fantastic. Super close to chase center and rh palm court. I will always stay here when I visit sf from now on. What a hidden gem, seriously. And the robots are so cute!!!
