The hotel has good facilities; they need to provide better training for the staff and truly cleaning

I was surprised to find a full-sized refrigerator and a stove inside the room, and another positive factor was the fact that there was no carpet.

Cons:

The service received from the receptionist was quite disappointing; although efficient, she showed absolutely no warmth or willingness to help. I was also unable to access Netflix on the TV, nor could I use it to watch anything. The room cleaning was terrible—in fact, it seemed as though it hadn't been cleaned at all. It was full of stains, the floor was filthy, the towels were old and insufficient, there was no soap or face towel available, and the air conditioning did not work properly.

Not a bad place just don’t use the laundry. Don’t lose your key.
Pros:

There’s a nice large room With a couch and large bathtub and even have attached somewhat kitchen size refrigerator

Cons:

They charge you $10.50 if you lose your room key be advised they don’t tell you that when you first check in either even if you leave your card in your room it’s $10.50 in their laundry room is a joke. They’re soap dispensers broken when you put money into it and it eat it when you go to the front desk they just tell you oh well.

Disappointing for afternoon nap before meeting.

Early check in without extra charge.
No security deposit.

Cons:

Blinds had missing adjustment arm. Had the hook for the arm but it was missing.
No drapes to darken room for daytime sleeping.
Tight security in front. Wide open on side door.
