Very disappointed in the environment of the hotel.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Was not informed about how to work the light in the room. Could not get a fresh wash rag. The shower was partially clean. During check in had to wait for two room to be checked for me to check in. The desk clerk was doing to many positions. I was locked in the lobby at 3am because my key did not work. The bed was smaller the advertised and it was very hard. Did not get a good nights sleep. I did not stay for the breakfast. I did not trust that the environment would be clean. The lobby was not cleaned at the end of the day. The bathroom in the front was not cleaned

TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY

Cons:

Terrible place to stay. Especially, for the price.you charge. The staff is rude & instead of.teying to accommodate the customer, they rather advise you to leave. The place smelled like an animal.zoo. The walk to the room was the worst smell.ive ever smelled. The room was not clean nor the linens,.towels,.or..face.towels. above head ot.apumd.like a.qatwr.leak when the person ran their shower, the tap was.horrible. the room next door the person sound like they were.near.death. I rate you a negative score.overall. TERRIBLE

Pros:

The room was decent for the price. The room size exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

It just had a dated smell and look. Only 2 small flat pillows on each bed and a thin blanket. No staff on site in the morning for check out. You had to use your key card to turn on the lights.
