I don’t know if I’d stay again, it seems sketchy and I’d say there should be a front desk attendant overnight especially
Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean and the price was reasonable for only needing a room for the night. The lady at the front desk was kind and friendly. One place that has more than 12 channels on tv which was a plus

Cons:

It didn’t seem like there was any people to clean the rooms and the hall way was very filthy. I understand the elevator being dirty most are that way. Wasn’t a full 24 hr staffed front desk which I have never seen. But the most thing that worried me was the elevator it was shaky and seemed like the brakes or something was catching and it would shake and felt really weird going down. I’d say it needs serviced or something

The property was clean

Cons:

I didn’t like that the staff clearly knows there are people smoking marijuana all in the hotel. You can smell it as soon as you walk in. Also, no one is available at the front desk from 10 pm til 11am which is crazy.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

This was definitely a budget stay. The room smelled a bit musty. While there was no breakfast and minimal amenities, it served it's purpose of giving us somewhere to sleep for 2 nights. I only suggest staying here if you're balling on a budget.

Extremely disappointed and zero hospitality.
Pros:

Being left alone.

Cons:

Taking your own trash, no hospitality, no cleaning service came by not even once. Only two towels for a whole week and they charge you for extra. Gross.

Not ideal but safe
Cons:

There was a dog barking all night and into the early hours each of the two nights we were there. Made it incredibly hard to get any rest of a vacation looking and needing rest.
Smelled funny in the place and staff didn’t seem super friendly.

Very disappointed in the environment of the hotel.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Was not informed about how to work the light in the room. Could not get a fresh wash rag. The shower was partially clean. During check in had to wait for two room to be checked for me to check in. The desk clerk was doing to many positions. I was locked in the lobby at 3am because my key did not work. The bed was smaller the advertised and it was very hard. Did not get a good nights sleep. I did not stay for the breakfast. I did not trust that the environment would be clean. The lobby was not cleaned at the end of the day. The bathroom in the front was not cleaned
