3 Star Hotel at best (Domt be fooled by the photos)
Pros:

Nothing like the photos!! Outside pool was closed, didn’t tell us that when booking!! The reception staff, I found quite hard work, any questions asked was like an inconvenience to them. The bar staff much better!! This is NOT a 5 ⭐️ hotel. More like a 3⭐️ at very best. Looks excellent from the photos, but not that great in real life, needs a lot of repairs and general tidy up. Location is in the middle of nowhere. Luckily we had a hire car and drove 1 hour to Golem Beach most days and used another 5 ⭐️ hotel, which had an outside pool and it was OPEN 👍👍
3 of the days the other hotel didn’t even charge us to use their facilities. The people of Albania are so friendly and helpful. We loved our visit to Albania (Durres) just not the hotel.

Cons:

Location and facilities!! The inside pool is very small, if used by most people staying at the hotel, you wouldn’t get in!! Need to pay more attention to detail and assist guests to make a positive impact.

Whenever we paid for food or drinks, we had to wait 10 minutes for the. To find the one and only card machine 🤦‍♂️
Nothing was 5 star at this hotel. Very disappointing

Service was excellent ,breakfast fresh and very good ,very quiet night ,rooms are good and very clean

Cons:

Drinks and snacks in the room are very expensive . They bill you when you check out , without telling you. The stuff never explain to you till you check out.

Una bona acollida en un país que comença a enlairar-se. Bona experiència, molt enriquidora.
Pros:

Tal com esperava, l'estàndar de 5* a Albània és inferior a l'espanyol. Tot i això, l'habitació esplèndida i àmplíssima, l'entorn molt adequat per l'estiu, solitari per l'hivern. El personal impecable i amabilíssim. Sembla una zona residencial amb vocació de resort. La neteja excel·lent i bona tecnologia a l'abast del client. El preu, insuperable.

Cons:

Caldria algun espai tipus cafeteria fora de l'àrea de recepció. No sabíem que les festes de Cap d'Any a Albània duren 2 dies, i pel sopar del 1r. de gener tot estava reservat pels clients albanesos que feien la seva festa, amb música a un volum molt alt. Vam haver de sopar al hall de recepció, amb força incomoditat, tot i que els empleats van posar tota la voluntat per resoldre el problema.
Una altra cosa que haurien de resoldre és la falta de pressió a l'aigua de la dutxa, i alguns detalls com ara una capsa amb mocadors de paper o més tovalloles a la cambra de bany (faltava una estoreta per sortir de la dutxa i una tovallola petita d'ús pel bidet).
L'àrea de Spa no funcionava bé

Bizim gittiğimiz tarihler emekliler dönemi gibiydi bu sakinliği sevdik . Odalar temiz , plaj ekibi yardımseverdi . Boş otele 2 saat Erken giriş için bir tam güne yakın para çıkarmaları kötü niyetli yaklaşımdı. 5 saat yoldan gelmişim yanımda çocuğum tabi ki ödedim cıktım odaya ama ayıp ettiler . Restaurant da ki filipinli garsonlar inanılmaz yardımcıydı ama diğer restaurant ekibine odadan sipariş veremeyip birebir odaya sıcak süt bal meyve tabağı tatlı vs sipariş verip defalarca bekledik tamam dedikleri halde getirmediler bunun için ekstra ödüyoruz ama umurları değildi maaşı yatıyor nasılsa çalışmak istemedikleri belli . Tesise yakın restaurant yok otelde de çok çeşit yok ikinci günden sonra aynı yemekler sıkıcı hale getiriyor üçüncü günden sonrası tatsız

Pros:

Das Mövenpick Hotel macht einen modernen Eindruck und alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind top. Die Betten sind neu. Das Restaurant ist sauber und das Servicepersonal ist freundlich. Der neue General Manager und Fiona Laci bemühen sich sehr um das Wohl der Gäste. Es gibt ein kleines Hallenbad. Das ist toll für die Kinder.

Cons:

Der Weg zum Strand ist durch eine andere Anlage. Das Mövenpick Hotel verfügt über keinen eigenen Pool, sondern ist ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Der Pool war Ende Oktober bereits geschlossen. Auch die Strandrestaurants haben zu dieser Zeit keinen Betrieb mehr. Aufgrund der wenigen Hotelgäste gab es nur ein sehr kleines Frühstücksbuffet.
