아침식사. 위치. 교통 대중탕 모두 좋았어요
특히 호텔 바로옆에 다카시마야 백화점이 있어 식품부에서 선물사고 간식 사먹고..아주 편리했음

Staff was exceptions and location cannot be beat
Pros:

Location was unbeatable at the main train station. Staff were friendly, wanted to help, and accountable when issues with the room came up. Staff helped me book a taxi to the airport. I would most definitely stay here again based on the above.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The first room I was assigned to stank of body order/B.O. I thought it was me at first so I exited and entered the room multiple times. It was without a doubt the room that stank profusely.

The second room I was in was okay besides the multiple strands of hair in the bed and on the pillow (different origins most definitely). The staff brought a new bedsheet but I found it weird that there was no extra sheet to lay between the bed and the comforter. Do they wash the big comforter each and every guest?

A must stay if visiting Matsuyama ..
Pros:

Central just in front of the tram stop
Room was very comfortable
Breakfast was very yummy and we had different mikan juice to sample and the spread was good and seafood was so fresh!!!
Evening ice cream was great
Staff were excellent and willing to help… I left something at a previous hotel and they helped me retrieve it… I was very grateful

Cons:

No water at the drink dispenser at lobby

A very well.located modern clean.hotel, with a spa (although we didnt use it).... very easy to recommend

No Bar, and the room wasnt very big....but it was big enough for us

Direkt neben dem Busterminal und der Bahnhaltestelle, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten Restaurants und Einkaufsstraße in der Nähe. Luggage Transfer Service vorhanden.

Cons:

Gepäckaufbewahrung ist „Self-Service“ (dh nicht wirklich überwacht), in Japan grundsätzlich kein Problem aber könnte man eleganter lösen.

Excellent rooms, easy check in, and great buffet.

위치 나쁘진 않지만 전철을 타고 역에서 걸어서 캐리어를 가지고 가기에는 조금 거리가 있고 경사가 있습니다.

Cons:

전통 료칸이가 좋았으나 어린 아이에 맞는 잠옷이나 기타 필요 품이 조금 부족한것 같아요.
