Pros:

A large selection from the breakfast buffet, although quite repetitive. Drinks and ice cream offered in the afternoon/evening. Shops and tram station right by the hotel.

Cons:

Construction work has started in front of the hotel, so that meant additional noise on top of the trams/trains. A looong wait for the elevators most of the time. There is a public bath but note that tattoos are strictly prohibited.
