Pros:

チェックインの際、端末操作について丁寧に説明していただいた。また、朝食は愛媛県各地の料理を楽しめました。

Cons:

セキュリティ確保の為か、エレベーターの操作に手間取った。チェックインの時に、一言言って欲しかった。

Hotel à l'excellent rapport qualité/prix.
Confortable, moderne et propre. Onsen très bien sans supplément. Prêt de vélo.
Tramway, bus, commerces au pied de l'hôtel.

客層はあんまり良くないかもしれません。朝食会場の席札をテーブルに置いて、ビュッフェを取りに行っている間に別の席札と荷物が置かれており仕方なく移動した先でも、隣の席の人に「(私がカバンを置いていた)椅子をください」と言われたので人数的に席が足りないのだろうと思って了承したらその人の荷物置きにされました。エレベーターでもこちらが降りる前に人が乗ってきてしまうことが毎回起きますし、先にボタンを押して待っている人を押しのけて乗ってしまう人ばかりでした。
ホテルやスタッフのせいではないので心苦しいですが、そういうホテルだと思った方が良さそうです。

帰省時にいつも利用させていただいています。女性スタッフの皆さんも感じがよく好きなホテルです。今回、まくらに髪の毛があったのが残念でした。。まくらは使わず寝ました。

Un hôtel pratique et agréable, avec des glaces gratuites!
Pros:

Les plus de l'hôtel : les boissons disponibles, les glaces, les bains. Un emplacement dans une gare avec tous les commerces autour.
C'est la deuxième fois que je vais dans un hôtel Vessel au Japon et j'en suis très satisfaite!

お風呂とサウナで寛げた

りっちが良く松山城がホテルからみえ眺めよかとたですフロントのかたもおうたい笑顔がすてきでしたはじめてけいたいで予約チェーン店とわしりませんでしたいつもJTBで予約してましたからお世話になりました

暖房便座はお客様に依っては少しスイッチはいいってても良かったかなあ連泊一日目美味しく２日目だしが余りきいてなくイマイチでした枕がどこも２個あるのですが高さ調整出来なく年3回旅してますが他快適でした
