My stay at The Gaia Hotel was very comfortable and truly amazing.
The check-in process took a bit longer than expected—although the official check-in time was 3:00 PM, we received our room close to 4:00 PM. However, this was well compensated by the comfort of the room and the completeness of the hotel facilities.

The room was cozy, clean, and very pleasant to stay in. The hotel facilities were excellent and well maintained.

We also received a complimentary cake for our wedding anniversary, which was personally delivered by Mas Diki. Thank you so much, Mas Diki, for the thoughtful gesture—it truly made our stay more memorable.

Afternoon Tea
Pros:

This is my first time getting to experience the Afternoon Tea session here at The Gaia Hotel. The experience was 10 out of 10! The service was top notch—I was assisted by Kak Ghani, and he was giving the friendliest service. Thank you Kak Ghani :) the ambience was amazing as well, and all of the menus quality is perfect for my very first visit. Recommended!
