I recently had a wonderful stay at The Gaia Hotel Bandung, and it truly lived up to its reputation as one of the best accommodations in the city. The hotel’s unique architecture, stunning mountain views, and the calming atmosphere of the gardens and infinity pool made for an unforgettable getaway.
The facilities are top-notch—from the well-maintained gym and relaxing spa to the thoughtfully designed rooms that perfectly blend comfort with a stylish, modern aesthetic.
What truly elevated my experience, however, was the impeccable service. I want to give a special shout-out to Pak Daniel, who provided the best service I’ve encountered. His professionalism, genuine warmth, and attentiveness made me feel incredibly welcome throughout my stay. It is rare to find such dedicated staff, and he is a true asset to the hotel.
Whether you are looking for a family staycation or a peaceful retreat, The Gaia Hotel is an absolute must-visit in Bandung. I am already looking forward to my next trip back!

First Time in Bandung
Pros:

Love the interior and architecture of the hotel. Had dinner at Semeja on our first night. Served by kind and lovely staffs - Risma, Aji and Rindi. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

كل شيء وشكرا فندق غايا على هذا الجمال

وهنا مشكلة يحسب على الأطفال في عمر سبع سنوات مقابل الافطار وكذلك تأخر دخول الغرف وسرعة الخروج منها والعفش لا يصل إليك إلا بعد نص ساعة على الأقل . وأتمنى عدم قفل الكفيهات والمطاعم الموجودة وتفتح ٢٤ ساعة كون المكان للاستجمام والراحة . شكرا فندق غايا على هذا الجمال
